The Apartment Suite! Private Hot Tub w/ Mountain Views

Centrally located between Garden of the Gods (a few hundred yards from the door), Red Rock Canyon, Manitou Springs, and Old Colorado City. This house is a perfect launching point for Colorado Springs adventures! When not exploring the town, hikes, and sites this home is a great place to unwind with a fully equipped kitchen, large table for board game nights, and an exterior private hot tub on the deck with mountain views!

The best feature of the house, the deck features mountain views and includes a hot tub that can accommodate 6 people. This is a perfect place to sit outside and enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage at the end of a long day of fun.

The entryway goes directly into the living space which includes a 55 inch smart QLED TV and comes with Netflix provided.

The dining area features a large live edge table that can sit 6 comfortably and is perfect for small get togethers and board game nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and additionally has a Keurig coffee station with provided K-cups and a French press.

Each bedroom has a queen bed outfitted with a duvet comforter set and closet storage that features built in shelving.

Finally, there is a fully outfitted laundry room with a drying rack for clothes, swimsuits, etc.

*The hot tub is working and is maintained weekly!
*We unfortunately suffer from pet allergies! Please don’t bring pets!
*We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) indoors, you will lose your security deposit and pay an extra cleaning fee.
* Garbage and Recycling bins are located to the left side of the house. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* Access Garden of the Gods by walking or riding a few hundred yards due north on 36th St. Trail access is right at the end of 36th, at Temple.
* *Central AC**
* The apartment is only accessible by external deck stairs and is on the 2nd floor
*Two guest cars are permitted in the driveway (HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Parking in the street during snow storms...the driveway is steep)

I loved the location. The hot tub was amazing and the little seating area was the best especially for morning coffee. Can't beat the view and the short distance from all the amazing sites!!! Will stay here again 1000%!!! I also love that therr was free and clear detergent available especially because I am highly sensitive to frangrances in detergents.

Convenient Location for Sightseeing

Just stayed one night while visiting Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. Good central location for visiting both locations. Apartment was clean and perfect for our family of four.

Recommended stay

Clean, nice place to stay. Hot tub was wonderful with the Mountain View. Easy check in/out process. Location was close to a bunch of tourists attractions which was nice, but going out to my car at night I felt a little sketched out. People running up and down the streets etc. Overall we will be booking here again in the future.

Great Location

We wanted something close to all the sites we wanted to see while on Spring Break. This place was perfect. Walking distance to stables to ride horses to Garden of the Gods. Very short driving distances to everything else. We soaked in the hot tub every night after walking and climbing miles.

Everything about this house was perfect. The hot tub on the deck was fantastic. The rooms were nice size and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very cozy and inviting.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great central location for visiting Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Manitou Springs. Unit was clean and well stocked. It had plenty of space for my husband and I. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Wonderful cozy apartment with great views!

Our stay here was perfect! We came for a quick getaway at the Sunwater Spa and this VRBO was just what we needed. The space was well-stocked, clean and the hosts were lovely. The hot tub on the deck was the perfect way to wrap up our day.

The apartment was absolutely perfect - the check in and check process was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfy. They provided lots of little details to make it feel welcoming and homey - plenty of towels, little snacks, filled brita and ice cube trays, lots of information and suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The hot tub was easy to work and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely stay

This was a perfect home base during our Colorado Springs vacation, with easy access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, etc. The apartment lived up to the listing, with comfortable and cute furnishings. The hot tub was a wonderful amenity to enjoy in the evening. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Not only was the owner very polite but the home was beautiful and quiet. When I travel I prefer to stay somewhere quiet and just travel into the city if I have to, so this place was wonderful

Perfect Location

Could not ask for a better location when visiting Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls. Also, close to grocery, shops, breweries and restaurants. The unit was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and super clean living space

The apartment was in the perfect location, just minutes away from everything we wanted to see. It was very clean and organized. The hot tub was perfect after the long days exploring the area. Great place to book!

This was the best place we have ever stayed at/booked! The house was so cozy and was equipped with everything you may need! The hot tub was a great touch overlooking the mountains! I could go on and on..the host was amazing! Quickly responded back, checked on us, and made sure everything was how it was supposed to be! The bed was also very comfy and makes me want to buy one for my house haha

Property was as pictured and clean. Communication with Johnathan was prompt. Property location was very convenient to manitou springs for the manitou Incline hike. Some of the neighborhood was a little rougher but overall have no complaints.

Perfect!

The apartment was the perfect size for our family of four. I was able to cook dinners comfortably when we didn’t want to eat out. It was great having a washer and dryer. Super clean and bright! The hot tub was a plus but we didn’t use it that much because we were too busy sight seeing. It is located so close to anything you would want to visit or need. We had a great time!

GREAT STAY!

We loved our stay in this sweet little apartment! Such a hidden gem in Manitou Springs! The place was very clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. We loved how close the apartment was to Pikes Peak (we enjoyed taking the cog up Pikes Peak instead of making the drive), downtown Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. They had a little snack basket (with K-Cups, oatmeal, granola bars etc.) which was a nice surprise. The hot tub, games and fully stocked kitchen were great! There was not one thing that we needed which is a first for our many VRBO rentals. Great attention to detail in this vacation rental. Jonathan was very communicative. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely seek out this vacation rental. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Couldn't have asked for a better host!

I had clear instructions to check in. They were always responsive to messages. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware and some spices (salt, pepper, etc.), so you don't have to buy those which is always nice Although we didn't play any games, plenty are available in the closet, as well as some reading material. This home is very centrally located and so close to Garden of the Gods that we were able to catch a sunset and a sunrise. We had a rental car, and anything we wanted to get to was no more than 15 minutes away. We did go to the Royal Gorge (which was about an hour away), but we quickly got to and from anything we wanted to participate in. The bedrooms are very comfortable; the bed we slept in (with a yellow chest) was super soft—we might want to get one for ourselves back home! The hot tub was amazing and has a great view. We were able to enjoy it multiple evenings. We also woke up every morning to lots of deer! Would come back and stay again!

The home was quite comfortable and very quiet at nighttime.The view was pleasant and the hot tub was clean and quite conveniently close the entrance.An older woman had a bit of a challenge walking up the steep driveway to the stairs, but was fine once she got settled. I would certainly rebook!
