Great area, 7 min to Atlantic Beach, St. Johns Town Center, Ponte Vedra, Golfing, Mayo Clinic, Fun Night Life or Just Relaxing on the Dock. Peaceful! Very quaint, eclectic, cozy, COTTAGE HAS A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY WITH A ORANGE MAILBOX PARKING AT COTTAGE ONLY. comfortable & so peaceful.

43 inch flat screen ukhd smart TV
WiFi high speed & Cable included
Full kitchen with island has desk area,
Fishing dock with floating docks..Dock has some fishing gear.bring your poles
Private patio & yard ,may store a small boat in driveway area with your car- truck.. There’s a full kitchen. FRESH LINENS...WE ARE ON ARTESIAN. WELL WATER SYSTEM WE DO Have bottle drinking water for the cottage if you prefer. There’s a black iron fence that divide properties please stay on your side including parking, So both sides are private.

A non refundable PET FEE $100. PER PET PER STAY….. And restrictions on some breeds USD More if you have multiples....Cleanup fees will be assessed if pet has an accident or damages to the cottage . For the courtesy of other main house pets must be in crate whenever left alone. You must supply crate for your pets.. AND SCOOP YOUR POOP!!!!Two pets and 50lb maximum per pet.. There’s a laundry mat 2 miles away, dry and fold next door to Winn Dixie.

Enjoyed our stay in this delightful cottage! Though small, it was very cozy and charming. Easiest way of finding it is to look for the white fence next door. Easy access to Jax and Amelia Island. Use the ferry (7) to save time to Amelia Island. Would definitely stay there again!

Not as close to Mayo Clinic as we expected. Host made every effort to make our stay pleasant. Only complaint is The car park area is under a sprinkler that leaves stains on the car and requires guests to walk through the dirt to access the pleasant little dwelling.

Mayo is 10 away. When guests are there S Sprinkler is never on and we have some heads that are not working at the present time so it’s out of order. Maybe it was my neighbors going over the fence Not sure how it could get through the hedge we did have some rainy nights.

Deborah was an amazing host, friendly and super responsive…great location…bed super comfy…huge, grassy yard…well-stocked kitchen, although we were on the go and didn’t do any cooking…hope to stay again 😊

Very clean and well equipped including snacks, coffee and all anyone needs.We felt very much at home and will try to book this nice little cottage again on our next Jacksonville trip.Suggestion to Hostess:Suggest you review and modify the sprinkler system so it does not spray well water on the car, leaving hard water spots. The mostly dirt parking area and yard walkway to cottage tracks dirt to the cottage and to the car. Suggest improved in that area. The cottage is delightful!

Our VRBO was very clean quaint and quiet if you needed it, it was there and in good working order. Shower was awesome two heads great pressure. I had a question about the freezer in the refrigerator being iced just to make sure our history knew we hadn’t left the door open. She immediately addressed the freezer and assured me it would be fine. The entire place inside and out was well maintained with a beautiful view of the water. My wife asked if we couldJust move in!!! Highly recommend !! The reason for our stay was my wife had a procedure done at Mayo. Easy 15 minuet drive!! Hats off to our host. You have a wonderful place!!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL cottage!

The cottage and property were absolutely beautiful, and everything was so wonderfully decorated. Deborah paid attention to every detail in designing this lovely cottage and outdoor areas and she was so responsive in communication. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This is the absolute loveliest place and the host is wonderful and helpful. This adorable cottage is clean and private and well-appointed. It was so perfect for my stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
