In 1 historic cathar village house 120 m2 + terrace for 2-11 pers.
Weekly rental in the beautiful historic village of FANJEAUX in the heart of the Cathar country (25 km from Carcassonne, 18 km from Castelnaudary and 19 km from Mirepoix) a house of 120m ² with terrace,
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue
CLOSE TO ALL SHOPS (restaurant, café, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, butcher shop).
Ideal hikers, families with children
This house has 2 floors:
1 living room of 24 m² with TV, 1 kitchen equipped with dishwasher,
2 stoves with oven (electric and gas), washing machine
4 bedrooms (2 of 16 m² with double bed of 140x190, 1 of 14 m² with 3 single beds of 90x190 and the last of 14 m² with 4 single beds of 90x190)
11 beds possible plus 1 baby umbrella bed.
Final cleaning fee of 50 euros in fees
Sheets and towels optional (10 € for sheets + towels per person) are included in the cost of travelers. (If you bring your sheets and towels you must tell me and I will deduct this fee)
Rent until around Halloween

Superbe week end en famille
Une réunion de famille à 10 (6 adultes et 4 enfants) parfaitement réussie : bien qu'ancienne, cette maison de village offre tout le confort nécessaire et en plus elle dégage une ambiance chaleureuse d'une maison familiale avec des voisins très agréables.
