Sarlat, nestled in a quiet greenery within a property of 6700 m2, we are happy to welcome you in our cottage of 75 m2 comfortable and not overlooked.
The cottage offers 2 bedrooms for 4 people, bedding the first room 160, second room 2 beds of 90 (can make a double bed) sofa bed 2 beds. Sheets and towels are included. (provided once)
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge. At your disposal: washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, WIFI etc ....
Secure private parking, electric gate.
Large private pool of 11m x 5m
Hard pergola with built-in barbecue, garden furniture and sunbeds petanque field, football cage to entertain big and small.

Lovely Gite

Lovely little gite with a fantastic pool and outside area. We stayed for 2 weeks.l (family of 4 and dog) and really enjoyed it. Sarlat is a great town to visit and the gite is located well for walking into town and getting out and about.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Sarlat. Laurent was extremely welcoming, and happy to help whenever needed. The accommodation is ideally situated, only 5 minutes drive from Sarlat centre. The pool was superb, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor cooking area. We really enjoyed our stay.

TRÈS BON SÉJOUR

Nois avons apprécié notre séjour à Sarlat. Laurent le propriétaire est discret et de bon conseil. Nous avons profité de la piscine privée. Petit bémol mais qui ne nous a pas handicapé personnellement, le gîte est plutôt prévu pour 4 personnes, idéalement 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Location très bien. Belle piscine nécessitant d' être un peu plus chauffée. Les exterieurs et la vue superbe demanderaient un peu plus d entretien. Emplacement idéal par rapport a sarlat et ses environs Gérant très sympa.

Petite maison très sympathique, tout confort. Belle piscine appréciable, coin très calme. A 5mn d'un centre commercial et à moins de 10 mn du centre de Sarlat. Proprio très sympa et disponible. Nous étions 5 plus un chien, nous reviendrons certainement ! :)

A great place to stay.

We (four adults) stayed at Laurent's cute gite. We wanted to visit Sarlat and also be on the outskirts so that one of the party could go off for some serious cycling! The gite is on the South side of the town and was, as explained in the blurb a 1.5k walk from the centre. Thus, we had the beauty of both worlds - a quick escape to the surrounding countryside for the cyclist (who discovered a great off road track a km away from the gite) and an equally easy walk into the town. We stayed Friday to Monday. Managed to see the Market on Saturday and eat out in the town on Saturday and Sunday. Sarlat was alive with street musicians, amazing buildings and great food. We also visited Breynac, Le Roque-Gageac and the stunning Domme. All of which are steeped in history. We made great use of the pool and had a thoroughly great stay. Great breakfast on Sunday morning thanks to Laurent. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful Bolt Hole!

Laurent our host couldn't have been more helpful, anything we needed was no trouble! He generously left us wine and Pate at the start our stay. The property was finished to a high standard, modern, light and airy, with a gorgeous pool and ping pong table for the kids! Nestling in the woods, approx a mile and a half from the picturesque medieval town of Sarlat, we would really recommend!

Super accueil de Laurent

Laurent nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'écoute pour 12 jours dans son gîte. Très propre (tout neuf!) avec une superbe piscine. A noter, des couchages de qualité (pas si courant de nos expériences passées). Situé à Sarlat en dehors de la zone touristique, sur un grand terrain calme. Pas de vis-à-vis, Laurent vit dans la maison attenante au gîte mais la configuration fait qu’on ne se gêne vraiment pas une seconde (impossible de s'entendre par exemple). L’endroit est parfait pour rayonner vers tous les sites du Périgord noir, voire même un peu plus loin (Padirac, Rocamadour...). Adresse à recommander pour les familles!

L'accueil est très sympa et le propriétaire très agréable. Le gîte est fonctionnel. Tout y est. Laurent répond à la moindre demande et, connaît de bonnes adresses sur place. La terrasse et la piscine sont des endroits très agréables où, nous avons passé la majeure partie du temps. La localisation est top pour toutes les activités du secteur.
