Start your mornings slowly as you sip your coffee on your screened porch, backing to the community pond, or relish the amenity rich community featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, bike trail, and more! A master suite, appointed with a walk-in closet and en-suite bath, along with a sizable guest room and guest bath, with an additional murphy bed in living room. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, or are seeking for an adventure, Rehoboth has it all! Shop and dine at the Tanger Outlets, and Midway Speedway Park, or retreat to the vast variety of outdoor recreation options including Cape Henlopen Park, Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach, Delaware Seashore State Park, and more!

WiFi provided along with cable tv, able to stream Netflix, Hulu, amazon prime… Alexa is available too for music or to ask the weather etc.
Linens and bath towels are provided but not beach/ pool towels
Keurig/ w pods and sweetener provided just not creamer

All flooring is now lvp laminate or tile thru out, no carpet
