I grew up and still split my time between California and Arizona. Cottonwood and the Verde River are a magical area full of life and constant flow. We love kayaking and fishing and hiking and enjoying the restaurants downtown.
Why they chose this property
It’s a 2 minute walk to the river. We walk our kayaks down and have fun. We fish the inlet. We hike. It’s a beautiful area filled with life.
