Location! Location! Location! This is a lovely 3 story twin featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths plus outside shower including a HUGE master bedroom suite with private deck. 3 decks total. Spacious great room with kitchen counter bar. 2 zone central air, plus ceiling fans. Bedding configuration is 1st Room 2-Twin 2nd Room 2-Twin, 3rd Room 1-Queen and 4th Room has 1-Queen bed, a queen sofa-bed and a daybed with trundle. 1-Garage plus off street parking. Extremely well kept and decorated. All on a great residential street within a very short walk to a great beach, Promenade, stores, restaurants, center of town, etc.
