The farm Il Mandorlo Fiorito, belonging to the ancient village of Masseria Galante, is located about 1 km from the historic center of Ceglie Messapica. Built in local stone it historically dates back to the nineteenth century, but it is presumably older, although the only certain date is 1860. Restored in 2014 by the new owners, today called Il Mandorlo Fiorito, it is among the most beautiful in the Valle d'Itria. The masseria, a sober, comfortable environment, has large green areas, ancient olive trees and fruit trees. Around a central farmyard, there are the two apartments called "Villa Fico and Villa Ulivo", the alcove, and the old troughs and parking for the farm's customers. The barbecue area is located near the infinity pool, for the exclusive use of the guests of the two villas. The entire property is for the exclusive use of registered guests of the two Villas Fico and Ulivo.
The farm in the heart of the Itria valley, is in a hilly area (300 mt lm) but only 15 minutes by car from the sea.
Apartment "Villa Fico" 110 sqm.
It is an apartment, spacious, nice and refined, composed of a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, fan oven, hob, microwave oven), hair dryer, satellite TV, wifi, private garden with aromatic plants and citrus , two bedrooms with two respective bathrooms, and overlooking the pool. Direct access to the pool from one of the bedrooms. The villa is equipped with heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

The "Villa Ulivo" apartment has an area of 55sqm.
It is an ancient "lamia" with barrel vaults, restored in the typical style of the Itria valley and furnished to enhance its brightness and linearity. Composed of: living room, two bedrooms with direct access to the pool. Air conditioning and underfloor heating for the winter season, a bathroom. The entrance is a private patio, which opens onto the main courtyard.

At guests' disposal is the beautiful infinity pool (mt. 12 x 6 X 1.35 h approx.), With a circular relaxation area (seat 90 cm) inside it and the solarium around. The pool area and the barbecue area are framed by a garden, fruit trees and olive trees, and are available to both apartments (villa Fico and Ulivo) as areas to share.
* Note: in the pool it is forbidden to jump and dive. Parking inside the fenced area is unattended. For personal effects and valuables, a safe is available in each apartment.

At guests' disposal there are outdoor spaces with orchard, vegetable garden, almond grove. The farm produces organic olive oil from its own olive grove.
The farm is eco-sustainable. Production of hot water with solar panels.
