500m from Evian les Bains thermal baths and pier, very nice apartment T3 (4 persons), bright with its 2 terraces and its bay windows, panoramic view of the lake at 180 °, completely renovated in July 2018.
During a spa treatment, a holiday or for winter sports (Bernex and Thollon les Mémises: 15 minutes, Saint Jean d'Aulps: 30 minutes, Châtel, Les Gets, Morzine: 45 minutes), come enjoy this breathtaking view of the lake, Lausanne and the Jura.
You can reach the city center on foot or walk around the beautiful homes of Evian baths in the area of palaces such as the Royal Hotel or the Hermitage.

The accommodation: 60m2 apartment
- Cozy stay, very pleasant for 4 people, TV equipped with Chromecast key
- The kitchen is well equipped (induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher),
- 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 bed 160X200, bedroom 2: 2 beds 80x200) bedding comfort and cozy duvet,
- bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine,
- separate toilet,
- The north terrace with views of the lake will allow you to have an aperitif in the evening in summer at sunset and the south balcony overlooking pretty garden for a breakfast in the sun.
- 1 outdoor parking space, 1 closed parking space in the basement (possibility to leave your skis or bikes)

Home :
The beds will be made upon arrival and towels provided. In case of extended stay, we will propose you to change them for a lump sum. Table linen is not provided.

End of stay cleaning will be done.

If we are absent, you will be greeted by Eric who will give you the keys and send you all his good addresses. In case of need, we remain reachable and at your service during your stay.

Arrivals will be from 15:00 to 22:00 and departures before 10:00. To take into account the obligations of each one, the time of handing over of the keys is to be agreed between us or with our friend Eric if we are absent.

A welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed to give you the details of the apartment

Rental only from Saturday to Saturday (on request for another day of arrival or departure)

De l’accueil à la remise des clés du départ, tout s’est merveilleusement déroulé. L’appartement est conforme au descriptif. La literie est très confortable. L’équipement est au top, la décoration réconfortante et la documentation est très complète. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et la vue est à couper le souffle. Le parking au sous sol est très pratique et bien au frais. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions. Nous recommandons très vivement et nous n’avons qu’une envie de revenir au plus vite.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Evian-les-Bains

Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Gute und einfache Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist genügend Platz für 4 Personen und alles ist da, was man benötigt. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Magnifique semaine à Evian

Superbe appartement. Parfaitement situé offrant une magnifique vue plongeante sur le Lac Léman. A 15 min en voiture de la station de ski de Thollon-Les-Mémises. L'appartement est équipé à merveille et l'hôte a été très proche et a su nous assister avec toutes nos demandes. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Magnifique appartement

Tres bon séjour dans un appartement tres fonctionnel, tres bien conçu, à la décoration soignée, tout est fait pour que nous nous y sentions le mieux possible. Tout est prévu au niveau batterie de cuisine. Situation magnifique avec vue sur le lac, très calme. Excellent contact avec la proprietaire et les personnes chargees du service de conciergerie. Ca a été un plaisir de découvrir la région. Des activités pour tous les goûts, de belles randonnées et beaucoup de curiosités locales qui valent le détour.
