Lovely quiet 1920's craftsman 2.5 br/ 1 bath house in Oakland, CA. It features charming original woodwork, wonderful backyard with several different usable areas and includes an outdoor stove/grill, outdoor dining area, trampoline, geodesic dome. Amenities inside the hosue include washer/dryer, new dishwasher, new tankless hot water heater, recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, cooking friendly, kid friendly, pack n play crib available, close to lake merritt biz district, 2-car driveway. 2 cats live here- not for people with pet allergies.
