About this property

It's time to relax on the quiet side of the Island. Come on down and check this lovely condo out. You have a great view of the Laguna Madre. You are on the Bay side of the island, but the beach is only a short walk away. Come relax in this 2BR/2BA condo. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed!

This is a great place for 2 couples or a small family to stay. There are only 8 condos in this building. If you are into windsports or kayaking, you can put in at the end of the road. Plus, you also get a one car garage to store your equipment or beach toys. If you are here during the summer, you can also view the Bayside fireworks from the comfort of your own balcony! The views are fantastic!

Centrally located near several great local hangouts and restaurants. The name tells it all, Bayview. You do have a great view of the bay.

Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean and had an acceptable amount of dishes and silverware. The couch and loveseat were very uncomfortable, but the beds were OK. The appliances are outdated, but everything worked! We were really pleased with Rent On Padre and the service they gave us!!

We enjoyed the cleanliness of this property. The view of the water to one side was nice. However it was not within walking distance to the beach, unless you like to walk pretty far carrying beach items. While everything was clean and working, it only had one small tv in the living room, neither room had a tv which would’ve been nice for relax time. The decor/furniture just seemed old and ready to be replaced, the table outside was so rickety putting your coffee cup down caused it to shake. I would rent here again, the price was fair for what was offered.
