Other Things to Note:

This amazing estate is set up perfect for a few families to enjoy. It features 2 king master suites on the 3rd floor with amazing ocean views. The second floor has a kitchen facing the ocean with a large refrigerator, freezer, 2 dishwashers, washer, dryer, living area and a table that can seat 12 plus an island with an additional 5 seats. There is a King Room and bathroom also on the 2nd floor. The first floor has 2 rooms both with built in queen size bunks. Each room has 4 beds (queen) with built in cubbies for you to plug your phone etc into. 2 bathrooms also downstairs along with a washer and dryer in the two car garage. Outside you will fall in love with the bar area with seating for 5 and 5 chaise loungers and couches along with an outdoor bathroom and storage area for chairs/pool floats

Great stay near St. Augustine. Views are amazing and the beach is quiet. Pool was great for all. Had a couple of quick questions and the host was very quick to respond. We were there early and the host had no problem letting us check in a few hours early as the house was ready. Would stay again.

This property was perfect for our family trip-the pool was great and being able to walk the board walk to the beach was awesome! Great sunrises and view of the ocean. Everything you could want-dining, activites, groceries, etc was less than a 20 minute drive....fabulous time!

Fabulous Beach House

Champagne Shores is beautiful beach house that our family enjoyed so much. The bedrooms are spacious and provide space for everyone. The pool, spa, bar cookout area was ideal for our family. The private walkway onto the beach really helped out the grandparents.

This property has the ideal location combined with everything we love to do at the beach. Ages 5 months to 70 enjoyed the landscape, the sunrises, and beach walks. Best part of the stay for the grandparents is watching the littles experience activities that create smiles and memories.

Family Getaway

This was our second stay here and our family really enjoys this great property. We love the pool and being able to be just steps away from the ocean. It is a very nice home and Jamie is a wonderful host who answers any questions you may have. There are a few odds and ends that need to be worked on but that is to be expected at any property. Would recommend staying here for a nice relaxing getaway.

Great property overall, good location, beach is steps away. Pool was nice. Property owner was very commuinicative. Bedroom set up was good. My only wish was a bathtub, all showers, but we made it work.Otherwise house was well stocked with seasonings, didnt feel that we lacked anything in the kitchen. Wonderful communal area for gathering especially with easy access to second floor for the views. While we tend to bounce around to different locations for family vacations, we wouldnt hesitate coming back to this property if we were coming to st augustine again.

Christmas on the Beach!

I have stayed in many homes in many places over the years--and this home ranks at the top of the list. The amenities and layout of the home make for a perfect family beach get-away. The views are spectacular. The beds and linens are top notch. You can literally lay in bed and watch the waves roll in.... No doubt the house and accomodations were designed by someone that loves the beach and family.

The Only Way to visit the beach

This home is amazing! The pool area and views are top notch. We scheduled a spontaneous trip for Mother's day and thankfully this home was available. I have a large family and we were all very comfortable. Management was great, and had clear instructions and communication. I would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely Stunning House and Views

We spent our spring break week at Champagne Sands. The house was spectacular...views everywhere you look, comfortable furniture and everything you could possibly need and more. Enjoying coffee in bed while watching the sun rise over the ocean will be hard to beat! The pool and all of the available beach toys kept the kids thoroughly entertained. Our family has been to the St. Augustine area for the past 3 years and still find new experiences every visit.

Awesome House

This is a wonderful property, you will not be disappointed. We came down with three families each with kids age 11-14. The sleeping situation is incredible with the queen size built in bunk beds! The pool and hot tub are perfect, and the views fantastic. We had one small issue with the hot tub heating up, and the managers had some one out there to fix it the same day. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time at our yearly family vacation. The home was absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owner was fast each and every time. We had a problem with the hot tub, but the owners were very fast in getting it fixed quickly. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the beach and pool floats, chairs, etc. you could need. Loved the beach and home! 3 generations together. Comfortable beds and GORGEOUS views.

We would have appreciated more seating (another chair(s) around the couch, and more comfortable seating besides the bench seating at the table (hard for the grandparents). Also would have liked a chair in the bedrooms and a game table for puzzles or smaller games. But, that said, it was a wonderful stay with spectacular views and beach. The owners couldn’t have been easier to work with. The kitchen appliances were outstanding and the pool and jacuzzi were great.

Amazing & Perfect Summer Vacation

Our family would easily stay at this home and location again as it truly is an amazing vacation. The owners have truly thought of everything. Five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms (with half bath being outside for pool), fantastic pool & spa overlooking the ocean, downstairs bar off the pool, BBQ's, outside shower and a very easy & short walk to what feels like your private beach and ocean. The beach is fantastic with no rocks, fun waves & owners have bogie boards for you to use too. The wonderful kitchen & family room is huge and great for hanging out and cooking. The walk out decks are all perfectly located to enjoy and an elevator in the home to help those who find steps more difficult. We also enjoyed the games the owners left for guests to use like jenga. Our adult kids said this was the best vacation ever and we have been on a lot of amazing vacations.

St Augustine surprise 😍

The home was spectacular for our 3 generation family !! Zero complaints and we are picky… Extremely modern and super clean…. The views were fantastic, better than online photos… you really feel like you’re in a luxury hotel. The owners have thought of every detail and were very responsive.. they even arranged a shopper to stock the fridge before we arrived. Elevator, heated pool, 2 dishwashers, remote control blinds, 3 master suites with movie star showers, patio furniture nicer than the Ritz.. plenty of games for a rainy day, soft white sandy beach just steps from the patio .. We visited marineland - 15 min drive where kids can swim with dolphins. Definitely recommend it. We stayed the wk before XMAS Downtown St A is beautifully decorated with lights, a must see, but hard to get dinner reservations ( despite trying 3 wks ahead) Door dash still worked :) Thank you JW , we will be back !! Family Thanksgiving Celebration

Our family loved Champagne Shores! There was plenty of room for ten of us (4 kids and 6 adults). Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the week of Thanksgiving, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the heated pool & hot tub. There is plenty to do in the area. Our favorites included exploring downtown St. Augustine, the Alligator Farm and mini golf. Jamie was very easy to work with and immediately responded to my inquiries. The best part of this house is the amazing view. It was glorious to wake up to the sun rising over the ocean. Overall a fabulous stay and we are already talking about a return trip.

Beautiful Beach House

We arrived in Florida just as hurricane Nicole was leaving! We had a wonderful time and the home was beautiful. The house very comfortably accommodated nine of us. There had been some damage done to the fence and the steps down to the beach from the recent storm but the Vrbo manager was extremely responsive and attentive to the details and so I know that won’t be an issue for the next guests. Highly recommend Champagne Shores.

Todd & Jamie and another Family purchased this house in 2018. We remodeled it completely, to see original-photos are still posted on Zillow. Both of our families have traveled together since our kids were young and we were always coming to St. Augustine and staying at various places. We looked for 10 years before we purchased this house. It took about 2 years to complete construction and the remodel and we are excited to share our home with all of you!

Why they chose this property

Location is the best. Convenient to all tourist attractions yet still on a part of the beach that is not as crowded as some of the other spots. Pool and Hot tub are our favorite. Sitting in the Jacuzzi with the Ocean wind or sitting on our balcony and looking at the moon, there is never a bad view!
