This house is amazing. We had folks of all ages and everyone had a great time. I had knee surgery and have difficulty with stairs currently so the elevator was incredibly helpful. We will be staying there again soon!

Great House!

We had a great time at this beautiful beach house. All the amenities you could need for the beach were provided. Plenty of space for everyone. Armando was responsive and the property manager Kevin was quick to respond to a couple minor issues. The area is nice and only 15 mins to St Augustine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Therapy. The views from every floor were absolutely stunning. Communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent—they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. We had a multigenerational family staying together, and the elevator was a perfect convenience for my aging parents.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay at Ocean Therapy again.

The best kind of therapy is a Ocean Therapy!

Definite five star property. Hardly anybody on the beach. The home is clean and sparkling and our stay was flawless from beginning to end. We will be back.

Amazing Property

This property is better advertised! I met some friends for the weekend and it was spectacular! You have views from every bedroom area. The kitchen is well stocked. Its a quiet piece of paradise. I would highly recommend this property and would return again in a heartbeat!

Best beach vacation ever

We have been going to the beach as a family for the last 20 years but as our family has grown we could no longer fit in one condo. We decided to try a house on the beach and boy did we hit the jackpot. This place absolutely met all our comfort needs and the beach was right off the back deck. Highly recommend you give this place a try. Also give Armando 5 stars for his quick responses to all our questions as we booked it and to the end of our visit.

The perfect getaway!

Amazing house with ocean views from almost every room of the house. Fantastic lower patio where we could grill and all comfortably dine. The house was great space for our large family to all spread out. Armondo and his property manager were incredibly easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We look forward to coming back!!

Griswold Beach Vacation

This house has it all, fabulous ocean views from every floor and plenty of space for our family of 9. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and there were plenty of chairs and various beach supplies stored in the garage for our use. The weather was perfect so every meal was eaten outside on the patio. Communication from Armando was excellent throughout our stay. This was a great beach getaway for our family, we will definitely return!

The perfect house for a girlfriend get together.

We all enjoyed our stay at Ocean Therapy! The house is beautiful and right on the beach, we loved having our coffee on the deck and watching the sunrise. On the rooftop we marveled at the sunset and took advantage of the golden hour to take spectacular photos. Everything room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and as you cook you can look at the calming beach. Everyone wants to make this a yearly event.

Awesome relaxing beachfront luxury home!

This beautiful home was right on the beach, and you could see the ocean and beach from most of the rooms. It was a luxury home that was recently renovated. All the furniture was new and first class. The house was very clean when we arrived. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive especially when we needed him. Everything was perfect, luxurious and relaxing. We plan on returning soon!

Amazing home!

This home was perfect for our family (grandparents and siblings!) from California. We were in town to celebrate our sons graduation from USA. The house is amazing! Beautifully decorated and clean! The beach is nice and the views are great! Love that each room has its own bathroom, so you have your own space, but the main living area is so comfortable! Armondo was so helpful and responded right away anytime we had a question . Overall great house.. you will not be disappointed!

This is a unique beach home which has been totally updated in 2022. It is very spacious with an open floorplan with incredible views of the beach. It is set up for a large family and private bathrooms in 4 of the 5 rooms. The home's location is excellent minutes to downtown St Augustine, Vilano Beach and about a 30 min drive to Jacksonville
