Waterfront in Renfrew

Brand new cottage, completed fall of 2018. Right on the water, with 16' dock, canoe and stand up paddleboard, and various sized life jackets. Nestled in a quiet bay so no current, perfect for children to swim. Located at the end of a quiet cottage road, so no vehicle traffic. Quick One hour drive from Ottawa, and under 10km from highway 17. Close to Renfrew for amenities, and general store located less than 3km away. Well and septic. BBQ. Furnace for spring and fall.
The space

Rustic charm and modern luxury. Large dining table and island for entertaining. Leather couches and flat screen TV for the great room. Beautiful elevated views of the water from kitchen and great room. Fire pit outside, with Adirondack chairs and patio set. Swinging bench overlooking the water. Landscaped walkway down to the water.

Ottawa River cottage

The cottage was new and had all kinds of supplies for us to use.The owner was very accommodating and in communication with us.Would definitely recommend it.
