The irresistible charm of a 1930s house near the sea

This Breton house from the 1930s is located in Cap Sizun in the far west of Brittany (southern Finistère) and 5 km from the Pointe du Raz. Quiet in a hamlet, away from other houses, it is warm and friendly, carefully renovated and very tasteful. It has a plot of 900 m2.
The coastal path is a 5-minute walk away. Amenities: in Plogoff (2km) and Primelin (supermarket 1 km).
The "Cap" is renowned for its natural landscapes (wild coast and Breton hedgerow). On the spot, one can practice pedestrian excursions on the coastal paths, VTT or horse. Several sandy beaches nearby (Anse du Loc'h, Saint-Tugen, etc.). During spring and summer, many traditional Breton festivals are organized in the region (festou noz, folk gatherings, pardons). Plogoff is 8 km from the pretty port of Audierne and 20 km from that of Douarnenez. In these two cities, one can practice leisure activities.

Sommer in Plogoff

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und wir konnten auch den großen, gepflegten Garten genießen, da das Wetter sehr schön war.

Wunderbar mit Abstrichen bei der Sauberkeit

Das Haus ist äußerlich wunderschön, der Garten und die Lage sind top. Allerdings könnte das Haus eine Grundreinigung mal wieder vertragen - nachdem wir das Nötigste geputzt haben, haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Elisabeth war sehr nett und problemlos. Der Surfstrand in knapp 10 Minuten Fahrzeit ist wirklich wunderschön!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een mooi huis met een prachtige tuin. Een mooie omgeving met een heerlijke eb en vloed. Ruige rotsen, goede voorzieningen en heerlijke visgerechten. Ook actief was er genoeg te doen: wandelen, fietsen en golfsurfen.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein ganz fabelhaftes Haus mit viel Platz und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation hat auch hervorragend funktioniert. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, man ist in kurzer Zeit an bezaubernden Stränden, in schönen kleinen Orten und auch in verschiedenen Supermärkten, Restaurants und Bäckern.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub in der Bretagne

Wunderbar!

Charmantes Haus zum Wohlfühlen, schöner grosser Garten, sehr ruhige Lage - alles wie auf den Fotos. Von Nachbarn bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit. Nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch erreicht man den Wanderweg, der an der Küste entlang führt. Supermärkte in Primelin und Audierne sind nicht weit weg. In Plogoff ist mit Bio-Burgern und Creperie etc. auch für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Die Strände sind toll! Wir haben nichts vermisst und können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen! Mit Babeth hat man eine sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Sie war immer für uns ansprechbar und hat uns auch viele gute Tipps für die Gegend gegeben - merci beaucoup !!!

Traumhaftes Haus

Wunderschönes, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus in toller einsamer Lage, Supermarkt trotzdem nur 3 Autominuten entfernt. Wenige Fußminuten bis zum Küstenwanderweg. Knapp 10 Autominuten bis zu den Surfspots Baie des Trepasses und St. Tugen. Ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen.

Great stay

Lovely property. Very well furnished and recently renovated. Nice large garden, good parking, quiet location just a short walk from the sea. Amazing beaches, surfing and walking nearby. The hosts were great, very helpful and any minor issues were dealt with very promptly. They were incredibly accommodating even when we forgot to bring our bedding! Only minor downside is that the kitchen, which is new and really well equipped, is a little small but we found it manageable. Many thanks, we would love to return

Great place for a family summer vacation

Quiet, charming, a bit like going back into the last century. A peaceful garden. The walls of the chambers are quite thin, but kitchen, bath and heating are up to date. We were glad to be here.

Vielen Dank an Dominique und Nicole für den schönen Empfang und die Betreuung während unseres 2-wöchigen Aufenthaltes an diesem schönen Ort und in diesem besonderen Haus. Très bon accueil . Emplacement idéal tout proche des chemins côtiers . Maison très bien dans un environnement très calme. Merci a Nicole ( voisine qui s'occupe de la location en l'absence du propietaire ) qui était au petit soin pour nous . Propriétaire sympathique et a l'écoute. Je recommande .
