Situated in it's own valley, hidden away from the rest of the world, yet only 10 minutes from the train station to take guests into the centre of Edinburgh within 45 minutes, or 6 miles into Galashiels. Very well located for many of the Border Historic Houses, golf courses, walks and cycling routes.
