Wish the bathroom was larger as we found it a bit cramped and we were surprised that the artwork was not of Hawaii . The only thing tropical was our view from our balcony. But all in all we would definitely stay here again.

During the hurricane Dora that caused the fire in Maui, we could here the wind blowing very hard at night time. Other than that it was very quiet The only thing we hope for improvement is the pull out bed, it's tilted upward but my kids didn't mind.

Clean condo

Condo was very clean, incredible view and great location however the couch was not usable and needs to be replaced and the kitchen should have at least salt and pepper and there are no beach items. The prior condos we stayed at in the Banyon included beach chairs and umbrellas. It is expensive to buy and leave behind.

Only problem was the elevators - they were working on them constantly, one was always out of service, and sometimes the waits were long. Not really a problem with the unit, though. Check-in and check-out were EZ, Would recommend.

We like the location of the hotel and the closeness to restaurants and the beach. The condo has everything if one wants to cook, one thing missing is a pizza cutter. Also, the spices need to be replaced since some were empty. Overall, we were happy to stay here again.

Best way stay in Honolulu

The location of the apartment was excellent in Waikiki, short walk to anyway. There was room enough, nice view from the balcony, well eqvipped kitchen etc. You can also use the pool and hot tub that, however was always full of japanese yangsters. There is also sauna but the women’s sauna key was missing (two sauna keys labelled for ’garage’). Maybe the only weakness in the apartmet was bad lightning in the kitchen (second light dark), broken plug pin of the floor lamp that had given some light to the dark ( in the night) balcony. Overall, very much recommended.

Amazing Stay!!!

This place was perfect. Communication was excellent and the checkin process was a breeze. The unit is exactly as advertised and was very clean. We were within walking distance to so much, and the free parking was a huge bonus. The building was very secure; we were impressed to see security 24/7. The building is very family friendly, and everyone we ran into was pleasant and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone - couples or families. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to be back!

However, the toaster does not work properly and the couch is not very comfortable to sit on-it slopes too much forward. Had problems with the TV, but Mike was excellent and looked after the problem.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The sweeping views were beautiful. The unit was perfect for us. I liked having a keypad for the front door instead of using a key. Included parking is a big plus and the Banyan is a great location. We did have some trouble with turning on the tv in the living room, management sent someone over to fix it. It worked well after that but we couldn’t get the close caption to turn off. A hint regarding the shower is that to divert the water, pull down on the tub spout. The full kitchen is nice, but if you’re cooking, there aren’t any serving dishes. It also would be nice to supply coffee filters.

Clean and great view

This condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had all the appliances (blender, toaster, microwave, stovetop) needed for our stay. We cook all our meals while traveling so a spacious, clean kitchen is a must and the view while preparing meals was gorgeous. We were able to walk to many little coffee shops and the beach within minutes. Great location. Also, it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on every floor plus if you download the app to pay for laundry you get one load free. For the environmentally aware they have small recycling bins in the trash room at the end of the hall (across from laundry room).
