A Top Rental on Lake Anna for over 10 years! Each year over half of our guests are repeat guests. Why?
• Quality Owner: We have been offering our home for over 10 years and know how to be a quality owner.
• Always Updated: We update the home every year so it keeps looking and feeling new.
• On a Main Lake Point: Deer Beach Lodge is on a main point into the lake, so we have deep, clear water, unlike many others stuck in the back of a "private" cove. Have no worries about jumping off the dock or having to idle your boat for 15 minutes down the creek to get past the no-wake zone.
• Private White Sand Beach: We have one of the best private beaches on Lake Anna. It is 80 ft wide with easy sloping access for toddlers and seniors. It is a real beach and not a sandbox like many others!
• Two full master bedrooms: We built our home with 2 main floor master bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite, offering easy access for older guests or splitting of rental by two families.
• Lots to do on rainy Days: We know that some days it rains at the lake, so we have a beautiful theater room with stadium seating and a HUGE 92-inch screen. We created the playroom with a pool table, darts, and a 60-inch TV in the central area of the basement.
• Close to Shopping and Restaurants: We are also in a great location to the food and restaurants around Lake Anna. Food Lion shopping mall with a Red Box, Cheeser Pizza, Chef Lee, ABC Liquor, and Subway is 5 miles/minutes away.
• Neighborhood swimming pool and tennis/pickleball court.
• Great Amenities in the Community: Deer Beach Lodge is located in the upscale community of The Waters at Lake Anna, offering paved roads throughout, a private key card boat launch, a swimming pool, and tennis courts just one half mile away at the end of our street.
• Please be mindful of the MAXIMUM CAPACITY, which is based on the number of beds: Sleeps either 12 adults/youth OR 14 with 8 Adults (4 bedrooms) and 6 Children (in the bunk room), depending on ages, all in two bunk beds.

Beautiful property at Lake Anna

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Amazing amenities indoors and out including movie theater, pool table, sandy beach, fire pit, and boat house. We’ve stayed at many places through Vrbo and this is one of our favorites. We hope to be back soon!

Bear creek lodge

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful house. Accommodations were lovely. Two things: house should include a trash removal service as other homes in the area provide. Should not be a half hour daily chore for the renter at the rental price we were charged.Also septic smells were very noticeable. Lawn service even commented about the strong odor and said the filter should have been serviced,

Beautiful Setting

Our stay at Deer Beach Lodge was wonderful. The home was so clean. It was nice that the linens were supplied. Everything we needed was there. The home accommodated our family very nicely. Our daughter just had a baby so the two masters on the main floor were a big plus for her and her 8 week old infant. Loved the large dining table and outdoor space! The lake was warm and the view from the dock was peaceful. Right across from the dock were no other homes or docks, so it felt more secluded. The children and adults spent most of the day in the water. We took our power boat and our fishing boat, so we enjoyed all that lake life offered. Thanks to Joel for being a super host. He replied to our questions with no waiting time and made sure that everything was as it should be. We would definitely be returning guests!

Dream vacation

Deer Beach Lodge is amazing. My family and I had the best time. The home was clean and well stocked with anything and everything you could need. The boathouse and the beach area were awesome! It was our first trip to Lake Anna and we basically didn’t leave the property. That’s how much we loved it! We rented the kayaks, sup boards, and canoe. We did not want to leave!!

Exceeding Expectations

My wife and I were looking for a place to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our two sons and their families. We were six adults and five grandchildren. The grandchildren were 14, 12, 11, 8 and 5. We all loved this property. The boathouse became our gathering place: coffee, conversation and birdwatching in the morning; everyone fished, with enough bites and catches to keep everyone's attention. We all took advantage of the small sandy beach and the warm lake water, as well as kayaks, canoe and paddle boards. And the movie room was a welcome respite from the heat. Not one person ever said they were bored or didn't know what to do. We never left the property except for a halfday pontoon boat ride. Beautiful home, beautiful property, caring owner who was easy to communicate with. Already making plans to return. A five-star experience in a five-star home.
