About this property

RELAX AT THE LAKE! Awesome family home to bring your family/friends for a relaxing vacation! Great place for a family reunion, large home, open floor plan (additional home next door). Large yard to play football, soccer, and other activities. A dock for jumping off of, fishing and tanning. Run away from the everyday bustle of life and enjoy your family and friends, bring a good book, or borrow one from the house. Park your boat or jet skis at the dock. Visit the neighboring islands where you can dock and play!

We have enjoyed many fun summers here with a lot of friends and family. 4 of 6 bedrooms have King size beds with a TV and enough room for a queen size air mattress on the floor. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The living rooms are large, two couches with sleeper queen beds, and couches upstairs can also sleep 6. Plenty of floor space too!

***This house has bedroom space for 12 people, but we accept a maximum of 18 people. There is a charge per extra person exceeding 12 people (ex. 13 people, there will be a charge for 1 extra person...18 people there will be a charge for 6 extra people). This is in the price breakdown when requesting a booking.

Great for a quick family vacation

We had a great time at this vacation rental. The layout of the house was a little strange but there was plenty of space for the whole family. Location was very close to the water which made swimming and using a boat easy.

Great Lake Anna Trip

This property was perfect for a large group, we had multiple adult couples going so the total number of king beds made for a very comfortable stay. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating, and we had direct access to the lake from our back yard where we were able to float out even without a boat. Great spot!

Beautiful home that’s perfect for a big family. We enjoyed the fire pit and huge yard. The property owners were very good with responding quickly to all of my questions. All in all it was a great experience, we will definitely be back.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I always loved Lake Anna, we searched for years for the perfect property. We fell in love with the land and built our first house. Sitting on the deck at night, you feel like you are in another world, the stars are so bright and beautiful! We built the house to accommodate our large family. We have six in our own, and have at least 3 other families who joined us down there regularly.

The property is equipped with security cameras in both front and back covering the main access points to the house. In the front it covers the parking lot and access to the front door, in the back it covers the deck and main door. Cameras are not monitored and are only accessed if there has been an incident, footage that is captured are automatically deleted after 30 days.

What makes this property unique

If you are looking for a vacation to relax, this is the spot! No phones or doorbells ringing, no cars honking, just quiet! Sit on the deck and enjoy the sunset and listen to the frogs, and fish jumping. Watch the kids from the deck as they fish. The walk to the lake is right outside your door, on a flat surface.
