Beautiful house on 40 acres abutting the 1.5M acre Carson Natl Forest. 2 year round streams; 12 fenced acres great for horses; 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, master with king, 2nd bedroom with queen and twin, 3rd bedroom with 2 twins. Fully appointed kitchen, laundry and living areas. Out front is the Valle Escondido community with a 9 hole golf course and active clubhouse scene (open to the public). Out back is forest, mountains and wildlife. Summer high around 70 degrees and low around 30 degrees. This is the perfect property for horseback riding, mountain biking and hiking. Forest roads and logging roads abound.
