Beautiful property had an amazing stay!

Stayed at this property for two nights during Salmonfest and had a truly wonderful experience! The view alone is worth the stay, enjoyed our breakfasts on the patio overlooking the view of cook inlet and a backdrop of gorgeous mountains. The house was very clean and we'll managed, Bill made everything very easy for us. Overall I would say that our stay here was as good as it gets!

Perfect Retreat

This has been one of the best places to relax and enjoy all the beauty around us! From the spacious rooms to the gorgeous views, this is definitely one we will reserve again. The beds are super comfortable, there were plenty of extra blankets, and it was very nice having the grill on the porch so we could cook and enjoy without leaving our own space. Our elderly moms enjoyed the rocking recliners where they could chat and nap and enjoy the amazing views. One thing to note, mobility scooters and wheelchairs will not work on the gravel paths but the manager said they could drive on the grass so that solved the problem for us, and we appreciated the accommodation. We absolutely loved this place and look forward to coming back!

Million Dollar View near Ninilchik

Highly recommend! This property was amazing! We were three retired couples, so 3 BR, 2BA was perfect for us. We Floridians LOVED the easy-on fireplace even tho it was July (it was only in the 60s, brr!). Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms were greatly appreciated, as well as laundry detergent in a VERY large laundry room. Comfy beds and effective blackout curtains made for a good night's sleep. We stayed three nights and we hated to leave. I am now the hero of the family for finding this place on VRBO. The view across Cook Inlet was spectacular. The lawns were very well groomed. Easy parking. The owner, Bill, even wanted to know if he should push the two twin beds together before we got there ... he did. Thank you!!!

There are many properties on the kenai that are vacation rentals that shouldn’t be, and aren’t worth the money. This place is amazing, worth every penny. Well appointed. Actually cookable. Highly recommend.
