Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with shower room / wc, attic mezzanine (1.25 m at the bottom) with 1 double bed + a convertible sofa (bed linen not provided for this sleeping arrangement). TV in each room. Enclosed grounds of 150 m² with covered terrace (garden furniture, electric plancha, deckchairs). Pond fenced at 50 m with 3 hens, 3 ducks and 1 dwarf goat.
