Our traditional stone cottage is decorated in a contemporary style in the coastal town of swanage with private south facing garden, tucked away in a peaceful tranquil location down a quiet lane off Bell Street with views of Ballard down from the master bedroom.

Suitable for groups, couples or families, sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. 2 double bedrooms & 1 single. Linen & Utilities provided.

The cottage is accessed via a pathway off of Bell Street. You can park on Bell Street and there is unrestricted road side parking which is free.

Please note there is no WiFi at the property but you can get 4G signal.

OK, although Parking a problem

Nice cottage, very quiet location, so a good night's sleep. Finding a parking space on the nearby streets was usually a bit tricky, but the locals were really friendly and helpful. Some of the fittings in the cottage seemed a bit cheap and flimsy, but the owner seemed to be a really nice and helpful person. I'd go again.

Perfect modern cottage for families or couple

Lovely modern cottage in quiet area of swanage. On our door step we had great food store, fish & chips, Indian & pub all within 5 min walking distance. Cottage has everything we needed and lovely quiet garden. Perfect for exploring the area. We will be back again.
