About the host
Hosted by Graeme Allen
We have owned Chestnuts for about 8 years and it has been a rental during this time. We love the area and my parents have lived in swanage for a number of years.
Why they chose this property
Near to the Sea, close to National Trust, Studland bay, Swanage railway etc etc numerous walks, Jurassic coast and so much to do in the area.
What makes this property unique
The property is full of character being a Grade 2 listed building overlooking Swanage bay with uninterrupted views (apart from a row of Chesnut trees on the Downs!). A great place to watch the world go by especially from the front shared patio area. Just a 3 minute walk down the hill to the beach and town centre.
