No air conditioning or parking
The air conditioner did not work the first day. It was fixed around 12 p the next day. The stairs are very steep and the cabin is compact. There was space for one automobile to park. Take your own pillows. The neighborhood was pretty to walk around in.

Perfect location! Very clean and looked just like the pictures! Hot tub was amazing! Kids stayed downstairs and I was upstairs and they didn’t bother me a bit! We will definitely be back!

Out Dated Everything
The cabin is very outdated, the furniture is outdated almost everything was outdated. It is so outdated that they have a tape player stereo!!!!! The first night that we were there we got in the Jacuzzi and it would not stay warm we did not get to use it that night because it would not stay warm because when we got there it was turned down very low they should have already had it turned up for us. Location is perfect it is about 5 to 7 minutes from the main Strip
We had good time! Everything was perfect. If you go on vacation to this town you're going to enjoy so much, but to make everything perfect i recommend renting a cabin. We can't wait to go back. Thank you! Colonial Properties Cabin Rentals

Thank you so much for your review! We are so happy that you enjoyed your time at Big Timber and we hope that you will come to stay with us again.
The location is great minutes from attractions. we stayed in this area many times before so were familier with cabins and the area overall.
Towels were stained, pillows were yellow , and floor was very sticky. THe cabon was not clean.
Pros: Cute/charming cabin, great hot tub, location to downtown, near pool, very easy check-in/out.
Cons: Main sofa in the living room has seen much better days, old and worn with very dirty/worn throw pillows. Master bedroom advertises a king bed…not even close, not even a queen. It’s smaller than it appears and not secluded as it looks, but we were fine with that.
Over all it was good, the neighbors are way close, it doesn't seem like it by the pictures online but they are. It was a quiet neighborhood though. My children enjoyed having their separate space downstairs. The area was great close to lots of attractions, shops and restaurants.
Cabin was nice, clean and close to the pool. Only complaint would be the steps down to the cabin were a little hard to walk down. Rain washed away most of the loose stone. Cabin was clean, no problem checking in or out.
We stayed here for a short getaway. The cabin is right across from the pool which is nice if you are traveling with children. However, can be a little noisy. There is not much a scenery from the cabin to see the mountains or sunset. It is pretty conveniently located to store etc. The deck is very nice with hot tub and fire pit! We loved being able to have a fire. There was guy there fixing the garbage disposal when we checked in. He was still there until like 8:00pm at night which made it a little difficult to relax for the first 4 hours of our stay:( Overall a good vacation and stay!
Everything online about the cabin was beautiful. The only difficulty was where to park and being careful down the stairs leading up to the cabin

The condo was okay. When we arrived there was nowhere for us to park. I called the rental property agency and they said that they will contact the people next-door which they did. We only stayed 2 nights. The tv in the main level and basement was not working. I called about this and left a voicemail and no one ever got back with me. I called the Next morning and informed them that The basement toilet stayed clogged, and the shower in the basement was off track. There are no curtains in the living room, the curtain that is on the main level bathroom is sheer so people are able to see from the outside you using the restroom. The curtains downstairs in the basement door that leads to the patio are very thin as well. The door on the main level in the living room and downstairs in the basement are super hard to lock. It took us a while to get them to lock so that we could feel safe and secure to go to bed. These were the only issues we had that were not corrected. Other issues that we had was the downstairs bathroom was not clean, which we cleaned our self. And a few of our comforters were stained but they came out and replaced the comforters and sheets. Overall it was an OK stay. Would not stay there again due to not having all Issues resolved.Whether you stay for night or a whole week, you want to be able to enjoy your vacation and have a clean, safe place to go to, and working electronics if you so choose to use them.

Fixable Issues - but BEWARE!
One of the reasons we rented this cabin was for the hot tub- otherwise we could have stayed in a hotel or condo. Unfortunately we all have a terrible hot tub rash from the dirty hot tub water. We actually called to complain about it during our stay (it smelled weird and the chlorine looked low in the filter and it looked like moldy slime was around the edges) and supposedly someone came to address it, but all they did was put more bromine in the filters. We also had swarms of carpenter bees in front of the cabin and on the deck (so many that they were running into the windows and we found one in the hot tub). They came out and sprayed, which did help!
Other issues: Parking was not marked for this cabin, so the people in the next cabins by it kept parking in our "spot". The cleaning person actually almost walked in on our checkout day because he didn't see our car in the "spot" (we had to park kind of far because others were in our spot). I would not stay here if you have trouble walking or use a wheel chair (rocky uneven walk to front door).
Hot water doesn't last long. You can't even fill up the jacuzzi tub to take a bath because the water got cold a few inches below the jets. We could get about 2 showers before we had to wait for the water to warm up. It would be nice to supply hand soap - especially during a pandemic where you want people to be clean. We left the ones we bought for the next people since we thought it was kind of gross there wasn't any.
Pics definitely made it look larger and more secluded than it was. It says it sleeps 8, but we had 5 and that's probably the max I'd have stay there.
Pros: the location was great - close to the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was cute and beds were fairly comfortable. Kitchen seemed well-stocked (we didn't cook though). Easy to check in and out.
Our issues are very fixable - we hope they will do something about it so people can continue to enjoy their trips!
