Just a 30 second walk to our neighborhood beach path or a just 3 minute walk to Stump Pass State Park at the end of our street. Here you can go to the beach, launch the water toys, and make lifelong memories. Stump Pass State Park has one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in all of Florida!

Make sure to take full advantage of our FREE beach cruiser bikes, Kayaks, Sups, beach wagons, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers and more!! It's all FREE of charge and included with your stay. Kick back in the orange lifeguard chairs and take in the awesome views. Our signature roof top deck is like the Islands only light house. Imagine yourself sitting high above it all with a cool drink in your hand. You are now overlooking the entire south end of Manasota Key. Nothing but blue water and blue sky everywhere. The Highview gets two thumbs up from the locals and is a great spot for any occasion.

Walk freely around the open floor plan and decks. There is high speed wireless internet, two bedrooms with high quality linens. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable open Living room has a large flat screen HDTV and amazing Gulf Views. Listen and watch the waves roll in from anywhere. If outdoors is your thing you'll feel right at home here. Two Weber grills and picnic tables nestled in shells. Wash your new found shells in the shell cleaning station, enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower with blue sky views or just sip a cool drink and be swept away by the lush tropical landscaping and soft night lighting that surrounds "The Highview"

The wildlife here is amazing. You will see pelicans diving for fish, Osprey in tree tops, dolphins and manatee swimming the shoreline. Sea turtles lay eggs here every year and don't forget to look for prehistoric sharks teeth (not hard to find) and go shelling at the point. Note* The Highview is a duplex that can sleep 12 guests in total. Each floor is a two bedrooms/one bath, sleeps six, and rent separately. Prices shown are for the first floor suite only.
