Building and renovating has become our second nature….
We fell for the charmes of this old stone house …
In this village house in Saint Martin de Gurson, at about 100m from our home, there used to be a pharmacy. It dates from the years 1800…now we put our stamp on it…

The white gable is in a beautiful contrast with the clear bleu shutters. It’s a surprising house. It’s a lot bigger than it shows from the outside!

We maintained the old authentic buidling elements as old doors and wooden floors, but as we love modern decoration too, we mixed it with lots of white and design.

In total there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a library, a pool table room, a lounge with a big fire place, an open kitchen and a huge covered barn and fenced garden of 1000m2.

The village house is only for rent as a whole and can accommodate 1,2 or 3 families. It sleeps up to 13+ persons. Ideal for a unique vacation on a lovely spot; Towels and bed linen are included, as well as gaz,water, wood, water etc…as also a change over cleaning at Saturdays.

La Maison aux Volets Bleus is a charming village house with history - with private Hot jacuzzi & private heated plunge pool! .

Inside the house has about 200m2.

Outside there are different interesting corners, all overlooking the middle-aged church. There is a rather small wintergarden with lots of flowers which is connected via the open barn with the wider secured garden of 1000m2 with its heated pool and hot jacuzzi, fenced and with alarm so child friendly!

The interior is a mix of old and new.

Downstairs
The centrall hall has an beautiful old tiled floor. It leads left to a small library with fireplace.
Right you enter the pool-table room. A game which is fun for young and old.

The stairs lead to the first floor where you ‘ll find all the bedrooms.

If you continue, you enter the large living room and open eating, fully equipped kitchen with big table and view to the garden. (there is a dishwasher and a washing machine available)

There is a separate toilet.
