This magnificent Mas Provençal, all in stone, is located in Callian, one of the perched villages of the Pays de Fayence.

Quiet, in a dead end, this old sheepfold of 170 m2 can accommodate 7 people.

The villa is on a fenced plot of 5000 m2 and offers a true moment of relaxation with family or friends and offers swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue, fireplace, ping pong table, wifi.
The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate, you can park your vehicles.

On the ground floor you will find:
A bathroom with a beautiful bathtub and double sink and 2 separate toilets.
The dining room with a nice wooden table, overlooking the garden and the pool.
The kitchen equipped with coffee maker Dolce Gusto, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, kitchen gas.

The kitchen has a door window to access the garden behind the house.
The magnificent stone vaulted living room with sofa and TV.

Also available a bike for the most athletic!

On the floor you will find 3 bedrooms with cupboards and storage.

The last room with 1 bed 160 and direct access by stairs to the garden and the pool.

Garden side, you will find plenty of space with a small garden wrought iron, a swing and a children's home.

The pool is secured by an alarm, dimensions 15x 4 meters, with a maximum depth of 1. 60 meters.
You can also enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi.

Barbecue and table tennis will be at your disposal.
Behind the house is a hen house.

Callian

We had a wonderful time, a beautiful house and a wonderful landlord. The pool is amazing and lots of activities and beautiful beaches in the surroundings. Thank you Stéphane!

Wonderful stay for the Cote d'Azur

This is a great place to get a complete impression of life in the Cote d'Azur. All places, villages, beaches and nature are about an hour away, a little bit dependeant on traffic. The house with the pool gives you a safe haven, to relax and recharge for the next adventure. The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of practical tips. Definitely an option to come back

Magnifique

Superbe bergerie où tout est fonctionnel. La très grande piscine est très bien pensée sans trop de profondeur pour les jeux . Le jardin est magnifiquement arboré et le maître des lieux, Stéphane, nous reçois comme des amis et est là dans la minute si l'on a besoin de lui. Vraiment top ++, je recommande cette location les yeux fermés.

Excellente situation. Vue magnifique sur le vieux village de Callian. Calme absolu. Très beau logement ... et propre. Salon et salle à manger très agréables. Belles chambres spacieuses. Salle de bain de caractère de toute beauté. Propriété bien isolée par la végétation. Grande piscine bien entretenue sans vis-à-vis. L'ensemble est un véritable "petit paradis". Propriétaire disponible. Communication aisée et agréable. Pour trouver un point négatif, il faudrait vraiment faire preuve de mauvaise foi. Grand merci à Monsieur Niel pour ce séjour très agréable. Super séjour au calme

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette magnifique bergerie toute restaurée. Un endroit très paisible à 10 minutes à pied de la boulangerie et même du Leclerc. J'ai même eu la visite d'un écureuil au petit déjeuner. Maison très bien équipée, rien ne manque. La literie est très bien aussi. Et pour les chaudes journées d'été une grande piscine avec tous les transats nécessaires. Mais je tiens avant tout à mentionner le super acceuil et la disponibilité de Stéphane, le propriétaire.
