Enjoy the beauty and Seascape of Knollwood Beach located in beautiful and scenic Old Saybrook Connecticut . Just a few minute walk to the Private beach and private Amenities . The Beach house comfortably sleeps four people with an outdoor and indoor shower. Facilities include Air-conditioned and electric baseboard heating year-round home . full Kitchen, full bathroom, microwave, dishwasher , tennis courts, basketball court and playscape amenities. Our cozy Seascape is nestled on a beautiful marsh bursting with natures scenery . Plenty of outdoor patio seating with umbrella and smore's firepit available for use.

Wi-Fi and cable TV with HBO for viewing. . Bed linens, bath towels, and pillows are available for your use or you may bring your own. Spa bath and shower amenities Keurig coffee machine and fresh coffee for your morning Joe are available! Immerse yourself in the ambiance of our marsh side setting under the twinkling stars with our outdoor moonlit lights.
Please bring your own beach towel. Come stick your toes in the sand and relax with the tranquility of Old Saybrook . June 1st thru Sept. 1st requires a two night minimum stay. We look forward to your stay!

Wonderful vacation

We loved our vacation at the SeaStar Beach House! Clean house perfect for our family, kind touches like a small gift and complementary coffee, a very short walk to the beach and tennis courts, great neighborhood for bike riding, and a lovely back yard where we held our son's 4th birthday party. Would stay again!

Lovely stay at this all-weather beach house!

Lovely little cottage. Very comfortable, really good amenities - everything you could want. Very comfortable beds, good shower. Short walk to the beach down nice quiet road. Lovely big backyard!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SeaStar for multiple reasons. The house was a neat as a pin with many special touches and added amenities. The location is awesome! We loved the very short walk to the private beach and spent as much time there as possible. We did a lot of walking around the area including a 5 mile loop over to Fenwick. The area is very quiet with little traffic. The hosts were very thoughtful and did all they could to make our stay was as pleasant and relaxing as possible. SeaStar is a very special home and Robin & Glenn are great hosts! We loved every minute of our time there.

Cozy place close to beach, friendly host.

My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay while attending Thanksgiving dinner at friends'. This cozy house was just right for that. Host was very gracious and called me in advance to make sure that everything was in order. Welcoming chocolates and stocked coffee were a nice touch. Setting looking out over the marsh is very peaceful. Walk to beach is easy. Appears to be well equipped for summer beach time. Single shower and small bedrooms would require a larger group to be very close. Additional pillows for sleeping would be a help. Ring camera at door felt a little intrusive.

VRBO encouraged us to have cameras around the perimeter of the property and it’s a security for all parties involved .all hotels have cameras around property . Also we give each guest 2 pillows each we think that is more than adequate . Some guests even like to bring their pillows.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay! We loved hearing the bird song and looking out over the marsh in the evening. It was a a great place to unwind and relax. The kitchen has plenty of dishes/pots and pans.. The dining room overlooks the back yard The AC worked fine. The house is not that far from downtown Saybrook, and the route along 154 has lovely views of the water. The house is on a quiet street but a short drive or walk to the local beach. Robin left beach passes for us to use. We found a large grocery store about 10-15 minutes away. There's are many places to eat and shop nearby in the surrounding towns. I was very glad to find this house.

Beautiful home away from home

We recently stayed at this VRBO property while our home was being renovated. Beautiful home to stay in, enjoying sunrise over the marsh and sunsets over Long Island sound . morning walks and pleasant talks with neighbors. So comfortable and the owner is so responsive to emails!
