It was fantastic being met by the host and introduced to everything in the flat. The listing was exactly as stated, perfect for our visit to the Biennale, as it was in a very short distance to the Giardini and the Arsenale. We would recommend the apartment and we definitely would return in the future again.

Great stay!

Perfect location for a quiet stay in Venice. Close to Vaporetto station, grocery store and local restaurants and a short boat ride to the beautiful beaches of Lido. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Relaxing and accommodating home in Castello

a wonderful familytrip

The apartment was perfect for our family (5 adults and one child under 2 years). The location is just right for a family, a little outside from the crowded places, with a park and playground near by. We enjoyed to discover the charme of Venice not only in the center of the city but also around our apartment. Everything was easy to reach: grocery, boatstation, sightseeing, restaurants, ... We will come back.

Lovely apartment

Very clean and modern. Very helpful host. One tip, if you are travelling by bus from Marco Polo Airport, make sure that you get a ticket before boarding a bus. We were tricked by the driver to board and then ambushed by a ticket inspector 10 seconds later who fined us 120. Disgraceful behaviour by people exploiting tourists. We would have got off the bus if the driver hadn’t beckoned us on. That said it didn’t spoil a lovely week in a beautiful city.

Hébergement très confortable et super accueil !

L’appartement est vraiment très agréable, très pratique et tres bien équipé. La literie est de super qualité ! L’emplacement est un peu excentré mais c’est plutôt calme du coup (séjour la semaine du nouvel an). Et puis, on rejoint la place Saint-Marc en un quart d’heure malgré tout. L’accueil par Sylvia et son époux a également été super, avec tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin et nous avons pu leur laisser nos bagages le dernier jour en attendant l’heure du départ afin de profiter une dernière fois de la ville. Peut-être seul petit bémol, l’insonorisation n’est pas parfaite mais c’est sans doute souvent le cas dans ces vieux immeubles vénitiens (mais attention : tout est tres moderne dans l’appartement). Ce fut un super séjour !!

Traumhafte Woche in Venedig

Wir haben uns in der elegant eingerichteten Wohnung im ruhigen Viertel Castello sehr wohl gefühlt. Silvia war stets bemüht unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Sie hatte uns einen frühen CheckIn ermöglicht und wir konnten am Abreisetag das Gepäck bis zum Abend deponieren. Es war eine wunderbare Woche in der Traumstadt Venedig.

splendido appartamento

Generoso negli spazi, luminoso nella zona più “verde” e particolare di Venezia. Abbiamo soggiornato con un ragazzo disabile in sedia a rotelle. Il Vaporetto è vicino e comodo per andare ovunque ma anche piedi si arriva in piazza S.Marco in 15-20 minuti. La casa è ben attrezzata. Consigliato

L’appartement est grand, propre et fonctionnel. Il se situe à 10mn du centre de Venise et à proximité de la ligne Actv (vaporetto). Silvia parle très bien français et donne les informations nécessaires pour visiter Venise et passer un agréable séjour.

Nice apartment in Venice

We, family with two adult child's, had a nice week in Venice. The apartment is realy close to the centre, 15 minutes walk to Marcus place or two stations with the water bus. Many restaurants and a store are near by. To Lido you need 25 minutes, 10 minutes vaporetto and 15 minutes walk. Very helpful was the available sun umbrella. One point takes getting to use is the location of the apartment in the ground flor.

Fabulous location Wonderful Comfortable Digs

Our host Silvia have us great very precise directions from the train station onto the vaporetti. We were right outside the gorgeous Biennial gardens and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the vaporetti. The apartment was very comfortable for the four of us and very well equipped. We did have some issues with the internet being very slow and at times non-existent. The hot water in the shower kept going from hot to cold so the four of us getting ready in the morning was a challenge. Depending on the time of year you visit, bring mosquito repellent. Un très bon appartement pour visiter Venise

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 11 jours à Venise. L'appartement est grand et très beau, tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est très bien équipé et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, faciles à joindre et réactifs en cas de problème. Situé dans un quartier calme, l'appartement, proche de l'arrêt de vaporetto Giardini, est bien situé pour visiter de nombreux sites à Venise. Nous vous le conseillons.
