Patio fireplace and bar allow for extended time enjoying the views. Backyard BBQ/smoker looks over private wooded area with fire pit and trails extending directly from property. Sunsets from the dock are a perfect finish to summer days.

Adult family get away

The house if very nice with an amazing deck to enjoy coffee/cocktails looking out over the beautiful lake. Other than a little road traffic, very quiet and peaceful.

Lake Charlevoix retreat

Very nice home with great views of the lake and a swimming dock to boot. Just finished a remodel with a few items remaining during our 3-day stay, but the accommodations were very nice.

Casual luxury perfect for family gatherings

We had 3 generations of family and close friends together for an unforgettable experience on beautiful Lake Charlevoix. This spectacular home won’t disappoint and is fully stocked with everything imaginable. The modern private dock is huge and was a great place to hang out on the water for swimming and relaxing. We brought kayaks and a boat and it was extremely convenient to keep all of our toys so close by. The hosts obviously love their home and it shows in the high quality furnishings and decorations. A perfect location and great communications make this one of our very favorites- we hope to return next summer!

Charlevoix Retreat

My family and I had a wonderful weeklong stay at this property. The rental process, check in/out and communication with the owner was great! The home comfortably fit 9 teens/adults. Two rooms upstairs had a total of three bunk beds. One room had a twin up top and a queen on the bottom. The second room had twin bunks and an additional twin top bunk and a queen on the bottom. FYI...it was hot upstairs!! Fans were provided which helped. Also, no bathroom upstairs. The main floor was spacious and nicely decorated. Master bedroom on main floor. The large porch was a crowd favorite! Lots of seating, cute high-top table for eating or hanging out. A nice gas fireplace kept us warm on the cool days. One "issue" we encountered was the road in front of the property. It was clearly pictured in description, but we underestimated the amount of regular traffic and noise.
