Located just blocks from downtown Boyne City this newly renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home will make you feel like you're @ home. Lots of detail went into this home. The kids bedroom has toys, books and games. Two kings outfit the addtional 2 bedrooms and one has an ensuite with cute pink deco tile!
The outdoor firepit patio area is probably where you'll want to spend most of your time if you are home! Grill out and eat on this hardscape patio! Fenced yard

Avalanche preserve is just a block away- great mountain biking, hiking and overlook.

A car is necessary to get to the home. No Uber or other transportation in the area. But once at the house you can walk to town, beach, marina, and hiking hill.
