Three very cozy and modern rooms (75M2), American kitchen, very large bathtub, in a district of Parisian artists, 5 minutes from the most beautiful park in Paris which overlooks the Sacré Coeur, the Buttes Chaumont. With all the shops on the street including an excellent cheese maker, wine merchant and very good restaurants.

30 seconds from the Pyrenees metro station leading to the center of Paris in 10 minutes: the historic Marais district, and the most prestigious cultural places such as the Louvre museum and Pompidou.

Cozy 2 bedrooms flat (75m2) with american kitchen at the Buttes Chaumont neighborhood, fool of artists and locals. Five minutes from gorgeous parc (and views) with the same name and surrounded by great food shops and restaurants.

Thirty seconds from tube station Pyrenées, taking to Paris center Chatelet in 10 mins and for the amazing area of Marais and cultural places like Pompidou Museum and the Louvre.

Great stay!

Cozy and comfy flat in a very nice neighbourhood full of bakeries and restaurants. It's only 2 minutes far from the tube station le Pyrenees. Marianna, the owner, is very friendly. We felt like home!

Great place and host

This is a nice flat in a fun neighborhood. All kinds of shops and restaurants nearby, with a metro stop 2 blocks away. The owners live in the flat, but move out while guests stay. They "hide" most of their personal stuff so it feels like it is for guest use, which is nice. We didn't feel too much like we had to watch what we touched. Everything that was left out was fair for us and all we needed. The owner also gave us lots of tips and advice for the neighborhood, like the best places to eat or get groceries. Very good experience!

FeWo ist nicht so wie beschrieben

Wir waren 4 Personen und hatten nur 1 schmales Doppelbett. Das andere war anstatt ein Doppelbett nur eine dünne 1,40m breite Matratze auf dem Fußboden. Die abgebildeten 4 Holzstühle und den Whirlpool gibt es auch nicht. Wir hatten zwei Stühle und kleine Hocker. Die Lage ist top, U-Bahn, Bus, Imbiss, Restaurant, Lebensmittelläden sind alle direkt vor der Haustür. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und bemüht, das gleicht aber ein fehlendes Bett und Stühle bei dem Preis nicht aus.

Perfekte Lage

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen in und um Paris. Metro, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant vor der Haustür. Sehr gemütliche saubere Wohnung mit freundlicher Gastgeberin. Es war alles da, was man benötigt. Danke Mariana!

Mooi groot appartement

Wij hadden hier een fijne week. Goede uitvalsbasis om Parijs te bezoeken. Appartement groot, leuk ingericht en goed geoutilleerd. Kamer voor langs levendige straat, maar raam met dubbelglas dempt het geluid wat, kinderkamer achter is stil. Metro, bakker en super op 50m. Wij gebruikten vooral de fiets, vastgezet in zicht vanuit het appartement tegen een straathek aan overzijde. Omdat wij te laat aankwamen enkel per telefoon vriendelijk contact gehad, sleuteloverdracht goed georganiseerd.

Excellente location à recommander

L'appartement est idéalement situé : à proximité du métro (pratique pour les bagages et les visites), près des commerces, avec un distributeur d'argent juste en face. Il est spacieux et bien équipé et le quartier est calme. De plus, les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
