Downstairs features a cozy living room open to dining area and large fully equipped kitchen with center island. Double dutch door to a side porch and private yard adds to the charm. Large bedroom has single twin bed w/ pull out trundle perfect and fun for kids, plus full bath with a walk-in shower. 2 large charming bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen sized bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, plus a full bath with a skylight window. A/C window units throughout for customized comfort. Walk to shops, restaurants and all of the attractions along Shore Road and Perkins Cove. Wi-fi, cable TV and DVD player.

Good access to activities

Property is easily accessible to Marginal Way , restaurants and shops. Interior of beach house is a bit tired, but nothing that a trip to a Home Goods Store could not fix! Enclosed porch could be wonderful with furniture that is more comfortable and updated. We did have a great time in spite of a few shortcomings.
