Come experience a taste of Italy on the North Carolina coast. This oceanfront Italian style villa at Villa Capriani has a spectacular third floor oceanfront view of the ocean and beautiful courtyard that includes 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, an on-site restaurant - serving lunch and dinner.

This beautiful, professionally decorated villa offers comfort, luxury, and Italian charm. Both bedrooms are totally private with the master having a gorgeous 3rd floor ocean view, king bed, private bath, sitting area, and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, private door to full bath, and flat screen TV.

Enjoy the spectacular covered porch in rain or shine. Our Villa has a well equipped kitchen with granite breakfast bar ... available for gourmet meals and exotic drink mixing. There are 3 TVs and washer-dryer available in the unit, as well as free wireless internet with password provided upon arrival. Lighted tennis courts & pickle ball courts are 1 mile away, with a golf course close by - only 2 miles away.

Whether you are looking for a nice romantic getaway or a week at the beach with your family, this unit will provide the amazing escape from reality that we are all looking for. The on-site Italian restaurant and beach grill will allow you to eat out while still eating in.

The 4 pools with waterfalls and 2 large outdoor hot tubs will occupy everyone, from the small child to the small child in all of us. Enjoy the beautiful beach that feels almost private due to Villa Capriani's location and expansiveness. Sit on your deck in the morning or evening and watch the dolphins swim along the shoreline. This resort, and the two bedroom unit are great. Great pools, easy access to the ocean. Beautiful 3rd floor balcony overlooking the the ocean and all resort activities. This location also has an onsite restaurant called Splash By The Sea. Very popular, and for good reason. Also has an elevator just outside the unit which was very useful for anyone with walking challenges, and moving all that beach gear up & down. The owner was very fast with information, any questions we had. She also made several suggestions to improve our stay.Highly recommend.

Villa CaprianiThis is our first time in North Topsail. We usually stay in Surf City and wanted to expand our experience. We are so lucky for it. Villa Capriani is amazing. Elizabeth and David are hands down the best, most hospitable hosts. Booking with them was so easy and they took their time to explain everything to us. A week leading up to our stay, they reached out to make sure there were no unanswered questions. The day of the vacation finally arrived and when we saw their condo, our mouths were agape. It’s absolutely stunning and so well decorated. The couches were so comfortable and the beds were heavenly. They also provided so many amenities. Once we got there, they reached out to us to make sure everything was perfect. And perfect is the only word to describe our experience at Elizabeth and David’s beautiful beach front condo in Villa Capriani. Thank you so very much for such a wonder experience. We will most definitely come back and stay. Thank you!!

Property owner, Elizabeth was great to work with and very responsive. Our only complaint renting this property was the parking. We expected parking close to our unit, but had to park across the street. Not a big deal but this was not communicated in advance that we recall. Luggage carts were hard to find during checkout. Overall this would not keep us from coming back! Thanks for a relaxing and fun week!

Loved this place because you have the beautiful beach to enjoy but also a huge pool. The condo has awesome views of both and feels more like a resort. The condo is like a resort and the balcony from this property gives you a ringside seat. The pools are beautiful and the ocean is steps away. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant very much - delicious food and large portions. The condo was clean and the elevator was close to the door, which was convenient. Bring a sleepmask if morning light coming in bothers you in the master. And a hairdryer. Elizabeth was helpful and very responsive. We would rent this condo again without hesitation.

We live in Raleigh, N.C. We purchased the Villa in l999 and have enjoyed it ever since. Elizabeth has worked as a self employed interior designer since l987, and David is a stock-broker and recent author who is currently working on his second book.

Why they chose this property

Condo was purchased in l999, fell in love with the architectural style, stucco and tile roofing of Villa Capriani. It reminded us of a place we loved on the coast of Italy. We also loved having a place ocean front that included one of the largest pools on the East coast, and two smaller pools with a more private setting. The hot tubs were an added bonus - as was the wonderful on-site restaurant and bar. The view from our third floor covered porch is fantastic in rain or shine.

What makes this property unique

One of the things we believe we have that you might not find in other condos is a relaxed, comfortable environment with custom furnishings. Everything is updated on a regular basis so the condo always has a luxurious feel to it. We take great pride in keeping our property in perfect condition.
