HUGE Luxury Home..LARGE SALT WATER POOL&SPA.15 min to wineries.

There are tons of outlets in the kitchen.They are located underneath the top cabinets.Things like this are listed in the white book in the kitchen. So guests can know where things are. I did receive a call from a neighbor at 2am in the morning.That my guests were sitting in their car blasting music on the driveway at 2am. I messaged her to please turn down the music.She got mad. All short term rentals have quite hours. 2am in the morning no neighbor hood would enjoy blasting music. The Spa works just fine. She was confused how to work it. So I decided to call her ,to help her push the right buttons to get it on. She picked up the phone. Some girl in the background was yelling no,she is not going to talk on the phone.She then started yelling at me. Say no she was not going to be on the phone don't call her.It was very strange.I have never had any guests act like this.Most guest love it when I heIp answer questions about the home.I simply said...I'm calling you to guide you to get the spa heated. I know it can be confusing to people who don't own a pool. She then continued to yell at me and hung up on me.So that is why you did not get a heated spa.The spa works great. I did refund her spa fee. I found her behavior very strange.I would not rent to her again.

Glad you had a wonderful stay. There are two separate light switches in the kitchen, that turn on every light in the kitchen. It is all listed in the owner manual in the kitchen. The light switches are labeled as well.

This listing has never said 4 queen beds in one room. Every picture of every room are shown in this listing. The listing states the home has 4 queen beds, 1 King bed, 2 twin roll away beds.

The home was definitely cleaned. The home has beautiful dark hardwood floors. The home recently added beautiful Boho style fluffy cream throw rugs downstairs to add to the beautiful decor. The fluffy rugs have been removed do to the tiny bit of shed. It was not dog hair. The $35 dollar Spa fee is listed always on the listing. At the very last minute you needed an extra extra early check-in. We did everything possible to accommodate you and made that happen for you. You even ask for us to keep your check-out day open because you did not know if you were going to win your soccer tournament and need to stay. We accommodated that as well. You were well taken care of.

Thank you for staying at Vino Villa. The pool was heated for your arrival. The spa was heated when you asked. The Spa heats to 100 degrees in 20 minutes. The spa is on a timer in the late evening and turns it self off. I would then ask you if you wanted the spa still on. When you said yes, I turned the spa back on right away. NO ONE is watching you. You must NOT be a pool owner. Which makes this next point valid. The pool equipment is run remotely. There are no manual buttons on the equipment. This is better for everyone. Most quests don't know how to work pool equipment. Being run remotely, saves the guests from being held responsible for breaking the pool equipment.Or even worse hurting themselves. Guests can use the pool and spa at ALL TIMES.The coffee pot is a dual coffee pot. One side of the coffee machine makes a FULL pot of coffee. That would have made coffee for all your guests at one time. The other side of the coffee pot makes coffee for one person with a k-pod. The HOW to work a coffee pot manual is also in the kitchen.
