This classic Cape Cod location creates family fun without leaving the house. Views all the way to Provincetown from the deck. Less than a one minute walk to Boat Meadow Beach, swim, fish or just relax there. Walk to picturesque Rock Harbor along the beach. Large shady back yard with hammock. Large spacious deck with dinning table and umbrella, plus chaises for total relaxation. Separate screened in porch with full dinning set.

3/4 of a mile to famous Cape Cod Bike Trail, 2 miles to Ocean Beaches.

Turn off all air conditioners, lights, and close all windows. Grill: clean for use by the next guest. Cleaners don’t clean the grill.
Clean off sand from any beach chairs or toys you may have used and put away in the garage. Secure Umbrella on the deck with Rope tie.

Perfect spot on cape cod

Loved everything about this house. Great location, two minute walk down a dead end private way to the beach. Close to great restaurants and attractions. Garage is stocked with everything you could need at the beach, chairs, umbrellas, toys...
