House comprising two independent cottages, fully restored to new in 2016. We are located at the entrance of the beautiful hamlet of Salelles, in the heart of the Ibie Valley, classified Natura 2000. Big ground of 4000m ² common, reassured swimming pool, games of balls ping pong, badminton (balls and rackets at disposal). Each cottage has its access and its independent entrance.
Gite Les Terrasses: living room with integrated kitchen area and sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), sheets and towels provided, bathroom with shower and large size bath, separate toilet , Internet connection. Space terrace and barbecue located against low and two balconies. Private and closed parking. Renowned Auberge des Salelles located 20 meters from the cottage. Vallon Pont d'Arc, Gorges de l Ardèche and Caverne du Pont d Arc less than 20 min.

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und Herr Coureau ist ein toller und verlässlicher Gastgeber gewesen. Im Ferienhaus/Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden. Waschmaschine Pool neues Bad Betten/Matratzen Außenanlage viel Platz Idyllisch Die Außenanlage dürfte aus unseren Augen etwas besser gepflegt sein. Vieles wächst vor sich hin, was aber nicht wirklich schlimm ist .Wir hatten in allem zwei sehr schöne Wochen und würden das Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique séjour en Ardèche

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. Le gîte était très bien équipé et confortable pour nous 4. Nous avons pu rayonner dans les environs et visiter l'Ardèche tout en profitant de la piscine pour nous rafraîchir en fin de journée ! Le gîte est dans un hameau magnifique au calme et près du village de Saint Maurice d'ibie tout aussi beau. Nous avons été très bien reçus. Merci encore pour toutes les attentions, notamment l'eau fraîche qui était la bienvenue en arrivant. La confiture de figue maison était excellente ! La piscine est top et bien sécurisée pour les enfants. La terrasse ombragée est parfaite pour manger dehors à n'importe quelle heure de la journée. Merci encore pour l'accueil ! Au plaisir de vous revoir un autre été si nous repassons en Ardèche !

Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf, de communicatie met Thierry ( de eigenaar ) ging zeer vlot. Alles was voorhanden om er een aangenaam verblijf van te maken ( goed uitgeruste keuken en badkamer ) mooi opgemaakte bedden. Zeer fijne tijd gehad.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce gîte (situé dans un village majoritairement composé de gîte) très bien situé et au calme. Nous étions les seuls dans le logement (la maison est divisée en 2), nous avons pu donc bénéficier en toute tranquillité de l’immense jardin et de la piscine. Le gîte est très bien équipé et nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous a donné des excellentes idées de lieu à visiter dans les alentours.

Ruim, comfortabel en compleet ingericht appartement, met een luxe badkamer. Het huis ligt op een rustige plek, het zwembad wordt gedeeld met slechts één ander appartement. Prima afstand tot de sportieve en toeristische activiteiten in de Ardèche. Het enige nadeel waren de muggen in de avond.
