Limited kitchen supplies, no shower soap, no front lights at cabin or at the property entrance for night markers.. restaurant nearby very limited hours.. property on a main hwy so not ideal for quiet.. but the cabin was very clean and cozy and comfortable and overall a great place for the price.
We stayed in the treehouse cabin for our float trip on the buffalo. This cabin is the best that we have ever stayed in. The wood work was extremely well done and shows that the owner is a talented craftsman who has put thousands of hours into his craft. They also run a cajun restaurant next door to the cabins, which was also amazing. We had a great time and you could not beat the price!
Perfect stay for what I needed! Only 5 miles from the event I was attending and it had a nice restaurant/shop across the street. Hope to book again next year!

It was in great location for floating the Buffalo river all day. We liked that the restaurant was next door and very good. It’s not a 5 star place but unique. Clean, small and only there to sleep.
The property was very easy to access and clean. The air conditioner works very well and we enjoyed watching shooting stars from the balcony.
Perfect location for swimming at Grinders Ferry and floating from Tyler’s Bend.
The unit needed to have a refresher cleaning before our stay. We were there mid November, there were Japanese beetles in both doorways that had to be swept up. It’s a pet friendly unit which is awesome, we took our dog, but there was also a good amount of previous renters pet hair that had to be swept. The shower curtain isn’t long enough thus the floor gets soaked after showering and is a bit of a mess. Other than that, really neat cabin, host was great!
My dog and I stayed in the treehouse cabin and it was awesome. . The cabin had everything I needed for my stay. Check-in and check-out was easy. Nice owner that responds to text messages right away. Their restaurant has fantastic food. I couldn’t be happier about my stay. It was wonderful.
These people are building a cute little attraction. All the details are top notch, it is not quite finished on some of the finish work but you can not find anything else this cute for this price. Also the food next door was delicious and there's no where else to eat that comes even close to the delicious food at Crawbillys, we know we tried the other places!
Everything was really perfect. Clean, AC was cold!! Shower knob is a bit wonky, worked for my wife but I had trouble when I tried to use it. Fire pit needs cleaned up, didn’t use it as it was hot, but it did seem a little overgrown which could cause an issue if used. Gas grille worked great once I found the the lighter (happened to find it hanging in the kitchen) might make note of this for future guests.

It's a treehouse
Just remeber, it's a treehouse. Perfect for 2 people for 2 nights. Good location, close to resturants, Gilbert and St Joe. It does overlook a major highway, but it is still a beautiful view. I knew going in that the bathroom didn't have a sink, no biggie, but it did prove to be a bit odd washing my face and espically brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink. But for 2 nights, it was fine. The A/C was good, the bed was ok. There was food left over from previous guests in the fridge, but other than that it seemed clean. Overall, it was nicer than a tent and pretty afforadable and the communication with the host was good. He was attentive and fast to respond. The property would be enhanced by doing a little maintence on the landscaping. It was unique and quirky. Perfect for a couple, not for a family.
We never received any communication for checkin. Reached out to host an hour before checkin and did not get a response until after checkin. Arrived at the cabin and all of the previous guest liens and towels were in the floor as the cabin was never cleaned for our stay. One of the employees stated that the owner forgot someone was staying in the cabin. So he knew when he sent us the checkin information that the property wasn’t cleaned and never communicated that to us. We contacted VRBO customer service and was told our stay would be canceled and refunded so we did not stay at the property. Two weeks later we are still waiting on a resolution.
It was fabulous. From beginning to end. All the modern conveniences and such a cute cabin.

disappointed
the cabin was very small and uncomfortable, its location facing the road, poor lighting in the area, part of the property is under construction, I expected better for the price paid
I think I would have loved the treehouse if it were in the woods. It’s on a very busy highway. The view across the highway is spectacular. The treehouse is very tiny. The bed was uncomfortable and the loveseat was as well. There is no sink in the very small bathroom. For the cost, I expected more.
Incredibly small, squeeze in bathroom with the door that stuck to the floor, no sink but the kitchen, which is over hung by a cabinet. photos are very deceptive. Old, Front door knob with key that was nearly impossible to pull out.
We enjoyed our time in the tree house. Everything was very clean and the view is beautiful. Our host had a nice fire going out in the fire pit would of loved to enjoy but a rain storm moved in. Will definitely return again.
Can’t say enough about how cool this place is! Super AMAZING treehouse! Wonderful restaurant owned by the same people of the tree house! The art work of this place is spectacular! Very nice host! He helped get my Jeep to our ending point when we kayaked the river! This is a must stay place! There is not one negative thing to say about it!
