Really safe and cosy!

I travelled out on my own first and as a solo female traveller I was a little nervous. But, the apartment is completely secure and the neighbourhood is really nice, tranquil and safe. The apartment feels super cosy and I felt at home right away. Fully equipped with all you will need to feel at home. The host was super lovely and had great communication. Couldn’t recommend more!

Orlando review

Overall check-in process was easy to follow. Overall cleanliness was very good. Easy access from elevator to door of unit. One glitch though. When we walked into the unit someone else was already there. It appears that it was double booked. We had booked this unit 2 1/2 months earlier so no a great start. We contacted the property manager and she immediately got us into a 2 bedroom unit on the 6th floor of the same building. There was no extra charge for this. The new 2 bedroom unit was overall clean and decently stocked with supplies. However it was not really setup for someone to stay there. No curtains in the living room. This made watching TV during the day near impossible. The dryer went out during the end of our stay. The new unit manager was very nice and responsive to our concerns and resolved the issues. Overall good experience and would stay there again.

Great location!

Overall we had a great stay. It’s nice to come back to a nice place after a long day at Universal which is less than a 15 minute drive. Very clean and spacious.

Great stay for two!

The photos were beautiful but in person is even better! We loved the large windows throughout the condo. It’s also the only condo located on the second floor and I liked that for the most part. The garage is directly out the door which is convenient! In unit laundry works great, hair dryer, travelers shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, and additional toiletries provided - we did not need to purchase anything additional for our stay. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!
