Nestled among a Magnolia tree and oasis of greenery the burrow (downstairs studio) is artfully designed with your relaxation in mind. Walking distance (A little over a mile from city center) from both downtown and the West End Arts District. Enjoy the newly constructed space with exquisite details.

Please note this is an open studio, so no bedroom walls- If you have more than 2 people in the unit you will be sharing the space.
One car parking available in the carport- additional cars will need to park on the street (Arlington Ave). The house is located off an alleyway and in a quiet neighborhood. Guests are expected to be mindful of neighbors at all times (no loud music or loud talking) and quiet times are10PM-9AM.

Great stay!!

We loved it! No one was upstairs when we stayed, so that was very nice to have that privacy. Every detail was very nice. When back in the area, we will definitely be staying here again! Would most definitely recommend to anyone!

Quaint and cozy

We both loved our little bungalow stay for our concert night and hope to find a weekend we can stay the whole weekend to get to really enjoy it more. It was clean, cute, and nestled in a great place to feel comfortable and quiet.

Simply Amazing

This smartly designed, impeccably decorated studio was a magical one-night stay. Everything a person could need was incorporated into this beautiful space without sacrificing creature comforts like two sinks, a full fridge, and a dishwasher. I couldn't compliment this lovely place enough. If we ever come back to Greenville and the Burrow is available we will definitely be staying again!!!

Cozy and off the beat and path

Cute bungalow tucked away near downtown. A little hard to locate but once you’re there, it’s quiet and secluded. Although small, it was a little difficult to figure out the controls for the fan and AC. The shower, bathroom and kitchen set up was great and very nicely laid out for a studio. Impressive decor and very thoughtful. I would stay here again.

Sneak Away to Greenville

This was our first visit to Greenville and my wife and I were extremely pleased with the rental we booked for three nights. We have traveled around the world and throughout the US but Greenville is the prettiest small city we have ever seen. The restored river walk and historic areas are wonderful for walking, relaxing and dining. The rental property was perfect for a couple and very well appointed. The property is modern but very quiet and private with covered parking just outside the door. Location is very convenient to the arts district and the downtown historic area. We loved everything. We met the owner/host who provided many helpful recommendations.

Great location, great place, great property manager!

Upon arrival, I had trouble with the code that I was provided. I called the property manager and she was there within minutes. Turns out I was trying to get into the laundry room instead of the rental, haha. I can’t say about great things about this place. It was well furnished, upgraded finishes, and close to everything (less than 5 minute uber/lyft to anywhere we went). I’ll definitely be back!

Quaint, clean and close to town

We loved our long weekend at The Burrow. The cute space was clean and beautifully renovated...perfect for two. We were a short walk from shopping, restaurants and exploring. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a weekend

This property is a two story structure. We stayed on the bottom floor. The only issue we had was when the upstairs guest were there it was very noisy. Had music playing very late and it was an issue. That is me being very critical and everything except that was great. If I would’ve called the property manager that night I have no doubt she would’ve handed it. I did have to speak with her earlier in our stay and she was great. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. Great location to everything, affordable, very clean…. Other than the rude neighbors it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The studio is very cute and had everything we needed. I do however wish we would have known that the upstairs was also rented out. We thought it would be a little more private without upstairs neighbors. We could also hear everything from the top floor. Not very private but we still had a great time!
