Within very short walking distance to grocery ,movies, shopping and dining,

This condo is about 9 miles from Sarasota airport and about 13 miles from downtown Sarasota,

about 6.8miles from the Bradenton Beach , about 10 miles from Anna Maria Island

Less than 1 mile to the big gate of the IMG academy

We provide guests with beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use

We provide full set of washer and dryer in the cond for guests to use

In this first floor unit, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which a parental continuation with dressing room. The kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwaves, refrigerator, toaster, blender ...) with the dishes for 5 people. The kitchen goes on on a corner to have breakfast, and the living room opens on a patio in front of a lake. The accommodation has the air-conditioning and furthermore, each bedroom as well as the main room .

We provide Spectrum for all the cable TV and WiFi

This unit is just 2 minutes walk distance to the clubhouse where you can play ping pong or pool table and enjoy the 2 heated pools, 2 heated spas, 2 tennis and Pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard and playground.

We provide normal soft pillows mattresses and bed sheets. We have different softness pillows placed in the closet to meet the needs of different guests.

We do the top to bottom cleaning between every guests.

We also change and clean up all the bed sheets ，pillow cases , comforter and towels totally between guests.

We strive to provide a welcoming environment for the widest range of needs and tastes

The ease and location was excellent in regards to easily getting to Cortez Bridge to go onto AMI. Lovely location and ammenities. The host was great to help with any questions I had along the way. I would absolutey stay here again! Our family really enjoyed our time spent in Bradenton!

Costal Vibe

This condo exceeded our expectations. There were so many extras thoughtfully provided like a well stocked coffee bar, lotions, shampoo, cleaning supplies, and more. Becky decorated the condo in a costal vibe which is perfect considering Anna Maria Island is just 6 miles away. Grocery stores and restaurants are also nearby. We were very pleased with this vacation rental and hope to return again in the near future.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood, excellent place!!!

First, this is the only time I have ever left feedback for a place of which we have stayed. If I could give this place a higher than 5 star rating I would. Excellent communication: The owners send us a mid-morning text letting us know that it was ready for us early if we wanted to check in. Nice and Clean: This place is spotless with nice furniture. The beds all have a very nice and comfortable mattress, not those cheap and hard ones most places have. Quiet little neighborhood and perfect place to stay!!!!

The condo needed more lighting. More towels,more silverware.The condo listed a queen size bed with a twin in second bedroom.The bedroom was a full size bed with a twin.The listing said a TV was in second bedroom No TV

Hi Dear guests The original master bedroom did have a sofa bed, but it was accidentally broken by the previous guest, so it was not replaced. Sorr for that ! But the second bedroom does have a queen-size bed and a twinXL size bed, as described, not the full size you said. We also prepared brand new sheets and comforters for all the beds for winter guests, and brand new towels (one set for each guest) the condo has a washing machine and dryer, The living room and master bedroom of the condo have chandeliers and table lamps (the second room has a table lamp). In short, we truly present our condos in our photos and descriptions.

7th stay at Shorewalk, 1st stay at this condo.

This condo met all of our expectations. It was spotless at check in and I might add, generously supplied with some basic needs. The beds were very comfortable and the living area nicely furnished. We love Shorewalk because of its proximity to stores, restaurants and the beach. Our hosts, Becky and Terry, were so gracious and accommodating and very responsive to our questions/concerns. They are truly wonderful hosts and we felt sure that if anything went wrong as they often do, they would take care of it immediately. We will certainly try to return to this condo if the opportunity presents itself. We hesitated for next year and it was snapped up immediately. I asked Becky to let me know if there is a cancellation. We were here for 2 months.

Great condo

Condo was clean and very comfortable. Relaxing view of lake. Spent a lot of time on the lanai. Close to stores. Manatee beach was our favorite. 15 minutes from condo. Will return for sure.
