Your next heavenly vacation awaits at Snowflake Haven - a four bedroom, three and a half bath townhome nestled in the mountains just 1/2 a mile from the Steamboat Ski Resort. Built for large groups, this is a great place for family reunions, group vacations, and luxury getaways.
Looking for a vacation home that's close to the mountain but offers an abundance or privacy? Snowflake Haven features sought after privacy since it's the end townhome in the complex. Park your two cars in the oversize garage with an electric car charger (additional parking available) and drop off all your gear before walking into the mud room. Check out the oversized living room with an open floor plan so you can chat with the check in the high-end kitchen or the kiddos at the dinner table or breakfast bar. Step out onto the private main level deck to have dinner al fresco or soak in the private hot tub.
Head upstairs for the three bedrooms on the second level and another bedroom on the upper level. The Primary King Suit on the second level is HUGE with an even bigger ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet - plus, an additional sleeping nook. Two more King Bedrooms can be found on this level with an additional shared bathroom. Escape to the second lounge area on the upper level, featuring a wet bar and game room. Find the Twin Bedroom on the upper level, featuring four separate twin beds with a shared bathroom. This entire floor is the perfect place for kiddos! All rooms have Smart TV's and closets. Snowflake Haven drips in style and is ready for your next heavenly vacation.

These accommodations were great! Large rooms, working hot tub, and all amenities provided! The shuttle system was icing on the cake to help get us to and from the ski hill. Large garage also helped for ski gear unloading. All guests were very pleased with our stay!
Fantastic property as described. Great location and the shuttle bus worked flawlessly. We rent in many ski towns and this one unit stands out that the heat on all the floors was consistent unlike many where the top floor is a sauna.Communication and response was fast and helpful.

We loved staying in Snowflake Haven. House was perfect for our big family. It was clean and had everything we needed big or small!! Even a vaporizer for each room, impressive. Thank you!
From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen the right house. Excellent location (close to skiing) close to downtown as well. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The king size beds were so luxurious along with the bedding. Great size dining room table and the kitchen was fully equipped. Bathrooms and the entire property was absolutely spotless.

Snowflake Haven
Snowflake Haven delivered again! This was our second time staying at this unit and it is a fantastic property. Lots of room for multiple families, all the supplies you would need for a vacation, and in a convenient location. All the SLC staff was helpful the entire week and especially Peggy in Guest Services and the driver Michael. Personal service all week! Wouldn't hesitate to stay with SLC or at this property again.
This was a fantastic property. Even larger than it looked online. We had 4 teenagers with us and they stayed on the top floor (the kid floor) and we never heard them once from the 2nd floor bedrooms. Kitchen was very large and had everything you could think of for cooking any kind of meal. Can't think of a single thing this place was lacking.

The unit is simply gorgeous! We enjoyed every moment. The entire property is nicely appointed from great furniture, nice linens, ample kitchen utensils, and great spaces. The location is close to the base of the mountain and easily accessible. Parking was great, even with two large trucks. The property was spotless and attention to detail on point - all the way down to the welcome card upon arrival. Thank you!

Our group had a fantastic time staying at the Snowflake Haven house. The whole house is very spacious - bedrooms, kitchen, and common areas. Everything was clean and functional. Parking was easy with the garage and a few extra spots. Plenty of room to keep all the ski equipment and gear. The place came stocked with small necessities like laundry detergent, coffee, dish soap, etc. - plus, they gifted us a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here for your next getaway!

Convenience, Comfort and Communication
Fantastic stay at Snowflake Haven. The property was excellent and exactly as described. Beyond the property itself, the property management company is superb. Clear and thorough communication, very transparent, immediately helpful and I can't say enough about the convenience of the shuttle system they have. Always a ride in a couple of minutes with the nicest and most knowledgeable drivers to ski (hint: drop off at Cafe Diva to just ski down immediately and skip the walk) or anywhere in town. Beyond the property, recommend to guests the Strawberry Hot Springs (book the hot springs shuttle vendor for ease) and Easy Street shuttle for simple round trip transport to Hayden airport.
This house is awesome and has everything two families with young kids need! The second family room with fusball table was key to the adults keeping their sanity! Great kitchen, hot tub, beds, etc. The property management company is the best I have experienced In My 20+ Years of planning ski trips.
The only criticism is that there is no direct heat in the room with the fold out beds off the master suite and no sound system in the house. A few Sonos speakers around the house would cost very little and provide much needed music for chilling out ;-)

We LOVED this amazing condo, less than 5 minutes from the Steamboat Resort. Although shuttle service was very close, we decided to take our own vehicle to the slopes every day. With a 3 yr old that wasn't quite ready to ski, we ended up going back and forth to the resort multiple times a day. The close proximity of this condo made that process so much easier!
The home was way bigger than we thought based on the photos - plenty of room, comfortable beds and very clean. We loved the welcome gift - it was so nice - and the communication and checkin/checkout process was easy to follow. We will definitely come again! Thanks for the amazing trip!

Amazing Stay at Snowflake Haven
If you are looking for "above & beyond" customer service, Steamboat Lodging Company is your place! From the moment we booked our stay at Snowflake Haven, Peggy & her team kept us informed of what we needed to know. We do a scavenger hunt for the kids on Christmas morning and Peggy was so gracious & helpful (spent about 30 minutes with us making sure clues printed out the way we wanted them). She wanted the day to be perfect for us and took the time to ensure that it was! Thank you Peggy and Team for making this vacation one that we will always remember!!

Expansive property for a large group. We had 13 in our party and never once did we feel like we were crowded. In fact, we had some additional bed space. We did have to manage shower times a bit since we had a few in the party that chose to take longer and possibly hotter than normal showers. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything was available for us to prepare breakfasts and dinners onsite. The XL sized dining table served us well whether for dinner or board games. Overall a really impressive property that is well kept. We would gladly stay again.

Loved Staying Here
We stayed here in early February for a girls trip and LOVED it! The house is close to the ski area, but we use the Steamboat Lodging Company shuttle to get a quick ride with all our gear. The entire place felt really modern and fancy and there was tons of room to spread out. The hot tub is really private and we loved seeing the stars at night. Great kitchen to cook in, but you can easily walk to the base area restaurants & bars to grab something. Lots of room to park cars and there's room for all your gear in the garage. Overall, we had such a fun time at this place with lots of ladies. Bonus: the texting with Steamboat Lodging Company. They answered so many silly questions with us via text and made it so easy!

Great Trip!
Everything went great on our trip. We traveled with 3 families so it we weren't an easy group to accommodate but the team did awesome. They responded to every question quickly and helped us with shuttle transportation to and from the base every day. Great job!

QUIET TIMES & NOISE POLLUTION ● Please observe common sense quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM, by refraining from loud parties or music, outdoor gatherings on the decks or common areas, loud conversations or music in hot tubs, yelling, and loud conversations or music when your windows are open. ● Construction and remodeling activity is only allowed from 7AM to 7PM. ● No persistent pet barking, howling, or other unreasonable animal is permitted. ● Use or discharge of any radio, loudspeaker, horn, whistle, bell, or other sound device audible to other lots is prohibited. ● No fireworks or firearms may be discharged at any time.
2. PARKING ● Parking for each unit is limited to within owners' garage and the area directly in front of the garages on the private driveway on an all-weather drivable surface for up to a maximum of 6 vehicles, provided the neighboring unit's access is not obstructed. ● Parking is not permitted along the Open Space, public right-of-ways, or emergency access easements as indicated by the NO Parking signs as that is our HOA's snow storage area. ● No inoperable vehicles parked for a period exceeding 7 days.
3. TRASH ● Trash cans may be put out after 6AM in the morning and returned to garage by 6PM. ● As Steamboat has a bear issue, ensure that cans are not left outside longer than necessary. ● No refuse, garbage, trash, lumber, grass, tree clippings, plant waste, compost, metal, bulk materials, scrap, or debris of any kind may be kept, stored, or allowed to accumulate on any lot.
4. STORAGE/CAMPERS AND TRAILERS ● No boat, camper, trailer, tractor, commercial vehicle, motorcycle, motor home, four-wheeler, snowmobile, jet ski or any other vehicle the primary purpose of which is recreational, sporting or commercial use shall be parked or store in, on or about any Lot or street within the Community Area except within an attached garage or unless such vehicles are concealed from view in an manner and location as approved but the Design Review Committee.
