Cozy Cottage - Great for Small Families Walk to the Beach and close to LegoLand
Our cozy little beach cottage is perfect for small families, working professionals, or couples who want to enjoy a nice relaxing stay near the beach and Legoland.
The cottage is equipped with fast wifi, smart TVs, and is suitable for children. We recently installed Air conditioning and have the most comfortable beds with CASPER mattresses. It located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from the beach.
The cottage is one of two units (not connected) in the front of the property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. There is a gated front yard, a private patio, and table and chairs. Shared laundry facilities with a brand new washer and dryer!
Briana and I live in the back unit with our dogs Bailey and Zoey. Bailey is 13 years old and a small bichon mix and Zoey is 8 months old and are very nice dogs, especially with kids.
PARKING: There is plenty of street parking that is located directly in front of the cottage. Street cleaning is every Monday morning. Check signs. We also have a private garage available.
KIDS. We have a grab and go, toys, and chairs for the kids.
*The San Diego and Orange County Airport is roughly an hour drive from our Oceanside properties.
Legoland is a 12 minute drive from the cottage. The beach is a 12 minute walk to the sand. You can walk to downtown to all the food and coffee shops.
The beach cottage is one of two properties on the lot. You will have access to the front yard and back patio. Briana and I live in the back unit.
You can easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach from the cottage. You are a quick drive to Legoland, Torrey Pines, and Downtown San Diego.
We live in the back unit. We are respectful of your space but are available if needed.
The cottage is located two blocks from downtown and a quick walk the beach and pier. It is a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shops, local eateries, and shopping.
Walking is the most popular option for our guests once they are there. There is plenty of street parking and a garage space available in the alley though most guest find the street most convenient.

Why they chose this property
Our cottage means a lot to us and our family. It has been a part of our family for over 15 years. We recently upgraded the cottage with a full renovation and now we want to share it with you.
What makes this property unique
Our cottage is located in the heart of downtown Oceanside, 2 blocks from Mission street and 6 blocks to the Oceanside pier. If you are coming from out of state or country, you are 15 minutes from Legoland, 45 minutes from the San Diego airport and local wineries, 60 minutes from Disneyland, and 90 minutes from LAX, Hollywood.
There is also so much to do in Oceanside from hanging at the beach, to trying the local restaurants, to even jumping out of a plane for fun!
We love it and we know you will too :)
