NEW-Privileged location for this fully renovated apartment, seasonal rental type 2 with balcony located in the residence La Rade just behind the port and close to the beaches. You can do everything on foot while parking your car in the closed and guarded residence. Also enjoy all day long a very nice view of Cap Canaille, the castle and the sea.
The apartment which can accommodate 4 people includes: A living room with two sofas that can be quickly and easily transformed into 2 beds, the dining area with table for 4 people, a kitchen equipped with a 3 in 1 hob, oven and dishwasher, fridge freezer, 1 set of cookware and complete and new dishes, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine. TV - FREE WIFI by BOX.
A separate bedroom with 160 bed. A bathroom with WC. The balcony is furnished with garden table and chairs.

Some suggestions for your stay at CASSIS:
- The calanques of PORT MIOU (natural port), PORT PIN (accessible from port Miou in 30 minutes on foot only, BY BODY (1H30 from port pin), l'Oule, Devenson, Sugiton (accessible from the university area from Luminy, left at the bottom of the Gineste road towards Marseille), Morgiou, Sormiou…
You can also discover them by boat from the port (visiting boats or individual rental) or by kayak (from the port or better from the calanque de port Miou).
- The beaches
The large beach is in front of you on the port and the beach of Bestouan accessible in 5 minutes on foot.
Continue towards the white rocks and the peninsula (flat rocks suitable for sunbathing).
- Cape Canaille, the highest sea cliff in Europe
Take the car towards La Ciotat and take the crest road which takes you and overlooks Cap Canaille. Prefer a late afternoon to see the sun go down on the creeks and blackcurrants.

Great little apartment in a fantastic location 2 mins from the harbour

This is such a great apartment, we really can’t fault it - much better than a hotel we stayed in last year. The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished with a great view ! It’s very well equipped although we ate out every night in lovely Cassis. The location is pretty much perfect and the parking is a massive bonus. We will definitely return !

Sunny spring week in cozy apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in Cassis. We were warmly welcomed by Francois who kindly picked us up at the station in Cassis and provided us with great recommendations. We really enjoyed the view on crock-rock (Cap Canaille) from the balcony and the short distance to different Calanques. Even without a car it was easy to hike to different Calenques by foot or catching a bus. We had a lovely stay. If we came back to Cassis, we know were to stay. Thanks a lot! A bientôt!

Great pied-a-terre in Cassis

Small well appointed apartment in a gated community with on site parking, just a block up from the port. The one bedroom apartment is small, but has enough room for two adults. The kitchen is fully finished and includes a washer. Clothes are dried on the large rack on the deck. The deck provides a great view of the cap canaille and is perfect for enjoying coffee. My only complaint is that the bed mattress is a bit thin and hard, and sits low to the ground, something to keep in mind if you are picky about your bed. Those with a car will appreciate the parking in the gated community. It can be up a level from the apartment, but still better than trying to find a space on the street or in the parking garages. Finally, our hosts were excellent, greeting us and helping with our bags down the stairs to the apartment. They were quick in their responses and a delight to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting this apartment again.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten

Das kleine, aber feine Appartement liegt nur einen Steinwurf vom Hafen entfernt und ist trotz Touristenrummel sehr ruhig gelegen. Nathalie, die Vermieterin ist immer ansprechbar und überaus freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. In die Calanques kann man zu Fuß kommen, nach Marseille haben wir den Zug von Cassis aus genommen. Es gibt auch einen Shuttlebus vom Hafen zum Bahnhof, aber das haben wir leider zu spät nemerkt.Auf dem windgeschützten Balkon kann man lange die Sonne genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank, Nathalie!!!

Kleine gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber und hat eine zentrale Lage zum Hafen. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte etc. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Angenehm war auch der abgeschlossene Parkplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin Nathalie und Francois sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und konnten uns gute Tipps geben.
