Deze geheel omheinde villa ligt aan een doodlopende weg die overgaat in een prachtig wandelgebied.
In het dorp een buurtwinkeltje waar u vers brood kunt bestellen.
Voor de volledige ontspanning is daar het heerlijke zwembad achter het huis.
Aan de overkant van from Chemin des Jardins, liggen de verlaten tuinen langs de oever van het riviertje de Riels.
Tegenover het huis hebben wij 2 percelen in eigendom, een plek waar u op zeer warme dagen nog meer verkoeling kunt vinden.
Voor een koele auto is er een royale carport.
In het dorp een buurtwinkeltje waar u vers brood kunt bestellen.
Voor de volledige ontspanning is daar het heerlijke zwembad achter het huis.
