This seaview villa is located in Stafilos village, in the green island of Skopelos. This rural village is on a steep hillside and offers a beautiful seeview with amazing sunsets and starry nights. This villa has two bedrooms and a large mezzanine, a very bright living room, a large kitchen and two bathrooms.
It also offers balconies and terraces, a garden and a courtyard to park your car (s).
2 e-bikes for rent: 20th / a day

The area is planted with pines and olive trees and Stafilos Beach is at only 10min walking distance. Skopelos town is about 4km, around 10 min by car with supermarkets and commodities on the way. There are 3 tavernas in the area and the bus stop is about at 400m with buses that serve the entire island.

This villa was designed as a family home: it has two bedrooms and a large mezzanine, a very bright living room, a large equipped kitchen and a main bathroom on the 1st floor and a smaller one on the ground floor.
An outdoor shower is also available to take a shower after the beach.
The Villa Mirto also offers several balconies and terraces, a garden and a courtyard to park your car (s).

Gute Zeit!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit für eine Woche in der Villa Myrto. Der Blick und die Vegetation wie im Bilderbuch. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und alles hat gut funktioniert. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe in dem etwas abgelegenen Haus, das man am besten mit dem Auto erreicht, wegen der etwas steilen Anfahrt. Herr und Frau Syros sind die idealen Gastgeber. Alle Wünsche und Fragen wurden erfüllt. Besonders die 2 Kätzchen im Garten haben den Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem sehr interessant für Individual-Urlauber.

Très bon emplacement et superbe vue sur la mer Égée

Maison familiale bien équipée à 5-10 min à pied d'une belle plage, et à quelques kms de la ville de Skópelos. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nicolas. La terrasse à une superbe vue sur la mer. 👍

Une maison familiale et un accueil royal

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal chez nos hôtes : la maison est une vraie maison de famille (greco-francaise) où l’on se sent très bien, à la fois personnelle et confortable, avec une vue superbe sur la mer, un jardin qui permet de trouver de l’ombre et du vent à toute heure, une très bonne literie et surtout surtout un accueil formidable de nicolas qui nous a bichonnés! Mieux vaut prévoir une voiture pour rayonner dans l’île qui est très belle et très tranquille au mois de juillet mais un bus au pied de la maison permet aussi de se déplacer. Et ne manquez pas d’aller écouter nicolas Syros, notre hôte musicien, jouer le soir dans une taverne sur le port...
