Welcome to Sand in Your Sandals, a beautifully updated condo in the highly rated Maravilla Resort. Located on the second floor of Building 3, this bright and airy unit features an oversized balcony with lovely side views of the Gulf, accessible from both the living room and the master suite. Inside, you’ll enjoy granite countertops, comfortable beds, and stylish hardwood‑look tile throughout.

Maravilla is one of the area’s most desirable resorts thanks to its unbeatable location JUST ACROSS THE STREET from our private 2.5‑acre beach. Seasonal beach setup (March–October) with two chairs and an umbrella is included. The resort is family‑ and dog‑friendly and offers two pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, a fitness center, community grills, picnic areas, and two free parking spots. Miles of walking and biking paths surround the property. The condo is stocked with games, beach toys, a wagon, and sports equipment to make your stay even easier.

The white‑sand beach is only 150 yards away, with kayaks, paddleboards, beach wheelchairs, and seasonal beach volleyball available. Our beach vendor also offers bike rentals, golf carts, and bonfire services.

You’ll be within walking distance of popular restaurants like Pompano Joe’s, Captain Dave’s, and Kenny D’s, plus coffee and ice cream shops. Excellent shopping is minutes away at Destin Commons, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Grand Boulevard. Adventure seekers can enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, pontoon rentals, dolphin cruises, and fishing charters. Golfers have access to top courses including Regatta Bay, Kelly Plantation, and Indian Bayou. Families will love Big Kahuna’s Water Park and The Track’s go‑carts, rides, and arcade.

Our housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining the condo. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and all linens are professionally laundered at high temperatures for your comfort and peace of mind.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Wash any beach towels that have been used.

Leave parking passes on the counter.

Sweep excess sand and place any furniture that has been moved in its original location.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

All guests must abide by the owner and Maravilla Condo Association Rules and Regulations and the Pet Policy.

Contact owner for approval of stays over thirty days. Twenty percent discount for long term stays only applies in the months of January - February.

Guest must confirm that they do not plan to hold parties or events at the condo.

We had a great time. The condo is exactly as presented in VRBO. The condo was clean and you had a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was very stocked if you wanted to cook in the kitchen. Worked perfect for us.

We had the best time in Florida. Our host, Michelle, made everything very easy and answered any questions we had quickly. The accommodations were very neat and clean and included everything we could possibly need. We loved the heated pool and hot tub that were included, because the ocean was a little chilly during our stay. The beach access was also a bonus, the kids and I could get up and walk the beach every morning with out driving anywhere. This was our first vacation not staying in a hotel and we will definetly be doing this again.

If you’re looking for the perfect location, look no further! Check-in & Check-out a breeze, everything you could possibly need and more included. Place was very clean. Host was always available if needed and has the perfect visitor’s guide if you’re looking for things to do with young kids (besides the pool & beach). We will be back and highly recommend this rental.

This property was amazing. It was very cleaned, well stocked, in a great location, etc. The beach was is very close walking distance and being private was truly relaxing. The amenities at the complex were also very good. Overall, excellent!!!

We first visited Miramar Beach years ago and instantly fell in love with its soft white sand and stunning emerald water. As parents of three boys, we were thrilled to discover how much the area offers—water sports, biking, hiking, shopping, great food, and endless year‑round activities that keep everyone entertained.

Maravilla quickly became our favorite resort. With two pools, a hot tub, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, a fitness center, and easy beach access just steps away, it had everything our family wanted. When this condo became available, we knew it was the perfect fit. Recently remodeled and thoughtfully equipped, it includes all the comforts and amenities we value when we travel.

Some of our favorite moments are spent on the balcony, enjoying peaceful mornings and beautiful ocean views. We truly feel we’ve found a hidden gem at Maravilla, and we’re excited to share it with guests looking for a vacation that’s both relaxing and full of fun.
