Pretty farmhouse in the countryside located north of Nîmes (gard) in the heart of the vineyards of the small village of Bouillargues 800m by car. You will find all shops, bakery, butcher, grocery, bar, tobacco, supermarket, gas pump, pharmacy ...
The Mas will welcome you for a holiday with the sound of cicadas. Its raised park and its swimming pool will make the joy of all.

You will find on the ground floor:
A master suite equipped with a bath, toilet and dressing room as well as another independent bathroom equipped with shower tray, toilet and washbasin PMR and washing machine.
The spacious and bright living room with bar area, dining room and tv party.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. It also has a small corner with pantry fridge.
Upstairs:
Three bedrooms, two have a double bed and the third, a sofa bed with a child's bed
For babies a changing table, a high chair and a cot is at your disposal.
Regarding the outside, you will find a beautiful pool 9x4m2 with buoy and water games, covered summer kitchen and equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine, sink, griddle and barbecue ...
A bowling alley and a playground (swing and small wooden cabin) for children will make you have a good day, and good evenings in joy and good mood.

5km from the highway exit of Garons and Caissargues, 5 minutes by car to the Nimes / Garons airport.
40km from the sea where you can discover wonderful landscapes of the Camargue.

Très belle maison, spacieuse et à la décoration très jolie. Piscine parfaite. Terrasses agréables. Mobilier et électroménager de très bonne qualité.Un bémol sur la vaisselle : trop peu d'assiettes, couverts dépareillés, manque de poêles et de couvercles ... et surtout vaisselle sale à notre arrivée. Cuisine d'été mal entretenue, plancha et braséro sales.Ces éléments devraient être améliorés car ils gâchent l'impression très positive donnée par la maison et la piscine.

Petit paradis

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison est superbe, bien équipée et l'environnement est calme et agréable, à l'extérieur du village. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons cohabité avec poules et canards pour le plus grand plaisir de nos enfants. Notre coupe de cœur va pour la grande piscine et sa cuisine d'été où nous avons passé la plus grande partie de notre temps. C'est un endroit que nous recommandons sans soucis.

Schönes Haus mit weitäufigem Garten!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Uns hat vor allem das große Grundstück gefallen, wo jeder seinen Platz gefunden hat, ob auf der Terrasse, am Pool oder unter Bäumen im Schatten. Das kombinierte Schlafzimmer/Badezimmer war ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber kein Problem. Gut ausgestattete Küche und schöne Schlafräume!
