Must see this spacious, beautiful serene 4 BR, 3 full baths waterfront home in a peaceful neighborhood. All rooms are lake view except DR & 1 BR. Home features lots of areas for entertaining with living room vaulted ceiling and large family room, 2 fireplaces, 3 decks to take in lake views.

3 bedrooms upstairs w/oversized master bedroom. Master bath offers whirlpool tub, separate shower and large walk-in closet. Another spacious bedroom downstairs with private bathroom. Great clean lake for swimming, fishing, water activities & surrounded by mountains for hiking. Several dining & shopping options & festivities in Morganton. Hickory, Asheville, Blowing Rock, Boone, Linville Falls, Blue Ridge PKWY, Table Rock, Grandfather, Sugar mountains & white water rafting are all within driving distance. Winter snow ski facilities on mountains & water skiing / tubing on the lake are a few or year round activities. Perfect for families & small groups to enjoy year round. The house is brick exterior with 2 car garage.
